These period underwear are comparable in quality and durability to other period underwear that I have purchased in the past (Thinx, Knix, etc.). I would say that the absorbent built in pad is generally thinner than Knix underwear (which I appreciate as I find those to be a bit thick for my taste). I use these as a pantyliner and I found them to be reliable and as absorbent as I would expect. The size I ordered was true to size and and they have survived several washings with no issues going through the washer and dryer. I find them as comfortable as other brands. Overall, I would recommend these for someone who needs backup coverage/protection.

Comfortable, lightweight and soft. Not too stiff in the crotch area like how most period panties are.I use these only on my last days of my period and they work well for me! No leakage here!

I’ve been using Saalt period underwear on my lighter flow days, and I’m loving it so far. The cotton is incredibly soft and breathable—it feels like everyday underwear, but with the bonus of built-in protection. Super comfy, no irritation, and no bulky feeling at all. It’s perfect for those light days when you don’t quite need a tampon or cup, but still want that extra peace of mind. I wore them to the gym and they held up beautifully with zero leaks or discomfort. If you’re looking for a comfortable, cottony option for light flow days or even backup protection, I’d totally recommend giving these a try.

After one wash, these already have threads loose and they're getting that fuzzy look to them. The fabric itself is smooth and soft and the gusset part is comfortable, but when the stitching is this bad and showing signs of being poorly manufactured already, I have no faith this'll hold up for even a couple of months.Otherwise, the gusset is very thin and is meant to only a small amount, like a pantiliners worth or just be a tampon back up. It did fine for this purpose and I wouldn't trust it with much more than that. Once again, I have concerns as to how clean you can really get this since the liner isn't removable and you just have to trust you're getting everything that's absorbed deep into the middle of the layers.Overall, I think this is too poorly made to be acceptable at this price point and would be livid if I paid full price for this.

These are very comfortable and stay in place rather than being too stiff in the pad region like some of the generic competitors. I can’t speak to the absorbency for periods because I use them only for excessive sweating in the groin area during gym workouts. It also helps to minimize any potential camel toe action. I took off one star because the price is pretty ridiculous for such a small bit of fabric.

These are so comfortable and really pretty. My boyfriend was like WOW I love your new underwear! And I was like thanks, they’re period underwear hahaha. You definitely can’t tell since it’s a thong, and I’m amazed how a thong can still absorb what it needs to and keep me good for like 8 hours (probably more but that’s when I change). They’re so soft and stretchy and high quality.
