The mask is super comfortable and comes with everything you need, extension strap, extra filters, user manual guide, storage bag, and even a valve tool that is connected to the storage bag! I love the colors! It is lightweight and very breathable material. Arrived on time and in excellent condition! Delivery timing was perfect as there’s an air quality alert in my area today! Extremely happy and satisfied with product and would very highly recommend! Thank you!

This is an edited review. I find this mask very uncomfortable. It pulls on both the nose and the back of the neck. Pulling on the nose is the worst and makes it difficult to breathe. Pulling on the neck causes it to ache and tense up. I tried several different adjustments and the only way it was comfortable left it unsealed, which defeats the purpose. After my previous review I was contacted by customer service to receive a refund on the non-returnable item. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

Purchased an XL as the large one I had bought 6 months ago fit a bit small. When I got this one it was WAY too big, tried to return or exchange but due to the product it is non-returnable. I reached out to RZ & rectifed the issue. Althought the fit can vary they are nice masks & C.S. was great
