Item came quick, very light signs of use and a good price. Impressed in particular by the seller (The Country Butler) - guy left a pretty endearing letter in the package and included his personal phone and e-mail should any issues arise. I don't expect any to, I already used the jigsaw and it worked great to install a doggy door without issue. But that's a very cool, confident touch. When I need something else, I'll check with them first between that gesture and the product itself.

I know the brand has an amateur reputation but I use this jig saw and all Ryobi on big projects with no issues.
