Surprisingly good product. If the old, existing exhaust pipe you are working with IS just slightly over 2 inches outside diameter, this split flange should fit your application well, clamp-up well, and also mate well with a conventional full flange type exhaust gasket. I cut off the old, disintegrating exhaust flang by using a basic fine-toothed, hand-held hacksaw and trimmed it cleanly to the nearest full thickness pipe section (approximately 3/4" to 1" removed). Placement of the newly-trimmed existing 2.0" exhaust pipe through the split flange device is critical. There are also two small, raised, inner diameter pads that are designed to bite into the exhaust pipe Outside Diameter. And the allen hex key threaded, welded fasteners work surprisingly well. They even ship a cheap Allen key to ease assembly. Clamp firmly but do not super overtighten. This product is not made for that.My only complaint with this split flange device is it doesn't appear to be stainless steel, although it does appear to at least be galvanized so you have some initial corrosion resistance, although probably not long term.Again this device worked VERY well for me, but you really need to pay attention to the details. Hopefully I've addressed those reasonably in this long, wordy review. I'm 63 and I must admit how surprised I was. This product really worked! I'm a lifer DIY family mechanic. I was pleasantly surprised. Long term durability remains to be seen. My initial observation was "WOW! This puppy REALLY worked well!".

Couldn’t find another 2.5 inch exhaust flange anywhere. They work pretty well just don’t take them apart till you’re ready or you’ll lose the little nuts.

Had to get new bolts because the ones that came with it were short. I would have bought a larger flange but it didn't come in a bigger size. I made it fit and for now it seems to be ok.

I had to cut the rusted exhaust bolts on the passenger side catalytic converter connection to the crossover pipe to remove the transmission pan, filter, and valve body.I have this flange clamped on above the factory flange and just turned it 90 degrees. Working great so far. Price was good and shipping was fast. Recommend!
