I love this RV lock. It was super simple to install and works just as it should. I did notice that the key fob is very very sensitive so I disabled that feature. All in all, I love this lock and would recommend it.

I decided to go with a cheaper model when I first got my RV in 2023. Multiple challenges, short battery life, and eventually the key breaking off in the lock convinced me that this was the one I should have gotten in the first place. Easy installation, took about 15 minutes with dropping a few screws, and it works perfectly. Everything about it is just better quality. It is even quieter and easier to operate. Just do it.Don’t be “cheap” like me and waste money when you’ll just be back for this one in a few years anyway.

This lock went on a 2025 Grand Design 5th wheel (260RD). This RVLock V4 lock is an exact match fit to the OEM. My factory cutout is 2.75" x 3.75" with a right hand hinge swing. I did not have to make any modification whatsoever and it has a nice seal between the lock and door. Once I registered it I noticed it comes with a Life Time Warranty. Setting up a personal code was straight forward. I should have tested the remotes before doing anything else. I wasn't sure how to link the remotes so I watched video's and accidentally unlinked the remotes but it was easy to re-link them by pushing and releasing the setup button, then pushing and holding the lock button on the remote. The Lock speaks a verbal message that the remote is linked.I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a keyless entry. So convenient and more durable than the OEM. Looks like it will work with a additional purchased Bluetooth device but I haven't pulled the trigger on that, yet.Note: Remember to check your door swing before purchasing.

Last spring my wife and I stopped by our property in Florida on an unexpected trip. We leave our camper there and use as our cabin. A 2021 Grand Design explorer. We both realized we left our camper keys at home. Stayed with friends. Bought this item and have peace of mind ever since. Rugged and easy to use. Remotes work great. 10 minute installation. You won't be disappointed.

This rv lock is amazing! I get one for 180$ , and can’t compare them. It’s like you get Rolex , or drive BMW after Honda . Install in 10 minutes. One thing….. been surprise…. Be ready- when remove small sticker from the battery.- It Start Talking! You feel you get Good stuff, . Want to thanks Seller. I got this for my camper because we often camp with family and people come and go from the campsite frequently, they need to be able to get in if they don't have a spare key. This lock only locks the deadbolt when the keyless system is used, so make sure to leave the top lock unlocked if you need to use keyless entry.Build quality is great, it fees very sturdy and everything installed smoothly. You may need to adjust the fit and the strike plate but installation took 5 minutes. I don't use the wireless fobs, to me that seems like a pointless bonus because if I had my keychain on me I wouldn't need keyless entry! But maybe it's just a "why not" bonus, some people use them.I also like that this uses laser cut keys instead of traditional RV door keys. It's not like my camper is a fortress, the extra 5 minutes it would take a thief to pick this isn't going to help when they can just force the cargo door open with a screwdriver and climb in, but I like the fact that people can't just easily order a master key for this lock and walk in looking like they belong.So once again, pros are:- Excellent sturdy build quality- Key system doesn't have an easy-to-find master key- Keyless entry plus 2 wireless fobs if neededCons:- Price, but only comparing this to OEM locks; compare this to other keyless entry locks and it's not a huge markup but is definitely higher quality- I bought this 2 weeks before Amazon day and coulda saved 32% :(- Only comes in black, maybe? Not sure if this is worth being a con, the only RV door lock colors I've ever seen are white and black and black looks fine on a white door so who really cares?

I've been looking at these for years for our 5th wheel. Glad I finally got one. It's over-priced, but it's built very well and has some features that others dont, such as the backlit numbers, and 2 remote fobs. Very easy to install and easy to program and get up and running. It's so nice not having to carry the keys around, and nice to be able to give a code to someone if they should need it.

Very easy to install, works great. My research showed that this product was at the top of their industry and yes they are. Make sure to order from RVLOVK directly on here. I’m in Alberta and the only unexpected fee was $27 at the post office which I didn’t mind.

The lock is constructed very well and is of high quality. With our a doubt a substantial improvement over standard RV locks. The installation was extremely simple and the instructions were very clear, which is not always the norm these days. The programming of the unit (code and key fobs) was very straightforward—- so easy my tech challenged 76 year old mother could do it w/o issue. My experience did have a few cons however. First, there are 4 screws that hold the front and back plate of the lock together once installed in the door. One of the screws or the hole that receives the screw was misthreaded. I tried the extra screw they provide and it had the same issue. I thought maybe it would correct itself with a little persuasion, but the screw snapped with half now embedded into the front plate without a means to extract it. The unit is still secure with the other three, but it’s not ideal. Second, I have a full body painted RV and the shape of the V4 does NOT fully cover the unpainted portion that the OEM provided lock covered. RV lock has a “solution”, which is a vinyl sticker that is about a 1/4 inch larger in total shape of the V4 that they can seek you for $13 after tax and shipping. This was a disappointment and I wish RV lock would have disclosed this issue, which is widely known (hence why they sell the sticker), at the time of my purchase. I would have gone with another brand.

I cannot find any dislikes. This lock is sturdy and easy to install. Gave us a great feeling of security when we left the RV.
