The regulator is made out of heavy duty brass, the gauge is made of stainless steel and contains silicone oil to reduce friction of internal components and significantly increases the life of the product.
Low Lead. Each batch of regulators is tested to contain less than .13% lead, well under the NSF requirements of .25%. The regulator's inlet screen also helps to filter out debris and other impurities.
Ready to use and universally compatible. The regulator is compatible with all US water sources, including 3/4" garden hose threads and NH threads, and is preset at 45 PSI. It is adjustable up to 160 PSI- we recommend referring to your RV’s manual for optimal settings.

I had purchased a Renator pressure regulator in early 2022. We fulltime so it’s used daily and worked well, easy to adjust and set up. Last month I was getting really high pressure of 80 psi when I would turn on my water heater. I reached out to Renator and asked what would cause pressure to go up and affect regulator if coming from RV water heater. I wondered if the regulator was losing its function since it’s never happened before. The customer service representative did advise checking to make sure water heater relief valve was working (it was). So he offered 30% off a new one as warranty was already over a year toReceived this new version which is super easy to adjust and no more going to find a screwdriver. It’s solidly built and has been functioning well last two days even when water heater is on. Must have been the other regulator losing its function. I highly recommend this company they stand behind their product.

This regulator is impressive compared to the cheaper ones I have had in the past 3 years. I have gone through 3 of them so far. Each one failed to work after only a month or so. The Renator is a different beast. It is slightly larger and seems much more solid. You can tell they used a real oil inside the gauge, unlike the others who use water or some thin kind of oil substance. The push pull adjustment knob has a very solid feel. It worked very well my first try. Smooth to turn and adjust the pressure for sure. The package itself is a great case to carry it in and protect it while were on the road with our 5th wheel camper. I'll report back if something goes wrong and lower the 5 star rating at that time. For now the Renator is a solid 5 star regulator. In this case it goes back to that old saying. ( YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ) . With this regulator you get it for sure. Impressed to say the least.

Ordered while camping for a week. Came in hooked up and so far it’s working great. (4 days) so can’t speak on longevity but it’s well made and I line the oil filled gauge.
