I had zero issues with this product. If you are still getting leaks after install 1) make sure you installed correctly 2) read the Dometic toilet instructions or google instructions for new seals on Dometic toilet. There are some additional steps you can take to make sure it seals properly. Any new seal may need to be softened to mold to ball closure underneath. Follow Dometic instructions for this. It is a small paragrah in the instruction booklet. Advise buying rv toilet seal conditioner and lube as well to help with this.
