The steps work great for our hot tub. The one that came with the hot tub didn't go very high. Being older, we needed the extra height. LOL Plus, non-skid covering on steps

These steps were absolutely disappointing! Upon delivery screws were falling out of the box. Once steps were set up, very unstable, very cheap material that began to bend after the first time using them! I want my money back for a decent set of steps cause these certainly aren't it! Stay away!!

Not as sturdy as I would like. Rails are weak and tend to wobble with pressure. Not very secure. Looks better than it is. Steps are good if you don't need the rails.

The stairs are slightly wobbly. The mats flew off during the first wind storm and are unusable. The screws are not stainless steel, so they rusted after a month. Not very happy with these.

These steps are perfect for use at our spa. My husband is disabled and these steps are a lifesaver.Well built, easy assembly. And on top of that, a great price!Like some other reviews, we had to run to the hardware store to buy 2 screws, washers, and nuts to finish assembly. These were not expensive to buy and it was totally worth it.We are pleased with the sturdiness and appearance plus the very competitive price. Love love that there are 2 rails making it super useful. You can use also with either one only.Excellent customer service.

My husband had this almost put together and was missing 4 screws and the brackets for the bottom step were way too short! Since it was nearly complete and he is handy, he went and bought more screws and metal and he made the brackets. He also bought spray adhesive to stick the carpet to the steps. No way the thin little strips of glue that are included would have held it in place! Lots of extra trouble to get it completed!UPDATE! Exceptional customer service! Not only did the seller offer a generous refund for our trouble but they also instructed their factory to check all boxes to ensure that all parts were correct and included! The steps themselves are excellent! Just needed the correct pieces!

Product will work as I need it, but it is not the sturdiest and I had issues putting it together:-2 bolts (D,#4) to attach part N,#14 to G,#7 are not long enough so I had to buy replacements-2 bolts (F,#6) are missing so I had to buy replacements-the sticky substance on the anti-slip mats (H,#8) did nothing to stop the mat from slipping, I used velcro with sticky backs-there were 2 different size bolts for part E,#5, but nothing in the instructions indicating this and it does make a difference where they are used

These stairs have made entering and exiting my travel trailer so much safer, compared to the standard factory installed fold up stairs. Highly recommended, especially for those of us that are getting older!
