This faucet set could not really be any more utilitarian, which I actually like. Probably most of the time I just prefer things that do the job and this unit is made to do what it’s meant to.The all plastic design not only keeps the cost down but it can be a little more forgiving than metal in some ways. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I do tend to prefer metal for most devices and fixtures but plastic does tend to conform better to other surface shapes which aren’t entirely square and smooth. It can also form better, water-tight seals with other synthetic materials like flex piping. The overall quality is fair. The hot and cold acrylic handles have a nice, solid feel which feels good on the fingers and are very easy to turn. Each valve only has about a 45º arc from fully off to full, so “dialing in” your desired temperature could be a little more finicky than your shower at home, but, again, it is not made for luxury. The connections are pretty standard depending on the chosen shower wand attachment. All things considered, I think this would be great for either RV or stationary showers at a cabin.

This is a standard replacement shower faucet for either the inside or outside shower, if this it the type of faucet you have. It is the cheaper, generic faucet fixture, typically used on entry-level RVs. But there are THOUSANDS of these out there.Faucet is hot/cold with the knobs and inlet water ports on 4 inch center. The knobs are the typically clear with labels under the caps. Comes with the plastic nuts at the water inlets to affix to the wall. The outlet to the handset has no hardware provided (should be with the handset). The entire body and even the interior tubes for the water are all plastic. For the vibration an RV sees (an earthquake in a hurricane) that can actually be better, since the plastic can be more forgiving that metal. But it would be more susceptible to freezing. Just be aware if using for an exterior shower. This is one place people often overlook during winter RVing. It is very exposed and prone to freeze. It is what it is - a value faucet for replacement of a defective one. But if you don't need a fancy rain shower or multiple horizontally-firing shower heads, this works for you!Note - the output to the handset has a hole that is only 1/8in diameter. It is certainly setup for low-flow, as would be expected in an RV. However, I have had luck using a small drill bit of something like 3/16" to open up the hole a little and get a heavier flow. But you'll drain that fresh water tank that much faster.

Well I guess for $16 what would you expect. It’s plastic and cheap looking. For the money I guess it’s fairly priced. But if you’re looking for an upgrade to the ugly shower faucet you have now in your RV this isn’t it.
