So far I’ve have a positive experience with the Dongxw Store, RV Roof Sealant, Non-Leveling Lap Sealant White, Waterproof Flexible Non-Cracking RV Sealant and Caulking Vertical Surface - 10.1 oz, 2-Pack.A must have for RVs. For about 10 ducks a tube at the time of this review. A little of investigating, planning, and prep work. This sealant very will could save you hundreds or even your RV, if not managed in time.Easy to use. The non leveling formula can be applied up/down, side to side, along edges, and or on visible surfaces where neatness counts. Just like any other sealant, it takes a pit of practice and patience, even for a DIYer.Great value, performs well and looks good when setup up. Highly recommendable.

It is too soon to rate this sealant on its longterm effectiveness since I don't yet know how this stuff will hold up over time. It has limited tack time so bonding should be done quickly after application, but this also means it cures quickly. It applied easily with the caulk gun and the odor was not as overpowering as some other silicone sealants I have used. As with all sealants, good prep is the key to give a clean, dry surface to adhere to. Hopefully this is going to do a good job of preventing leaks for the foreseeable future though I will still have to buy some non-leveling sealant for my other project.Note that not once but twice I ordered the non-leveling version of this sealant but in both cases was sent the self-leveling version. The first time it was OK since I was laying it on a flat surface, not a vertical one. The second time receiving the wrong item was annoying though as I need it for a vertical surface. There seems no way to contact the company and the Amazon website has very limited answers one can pick from their list to indicate a problem with the order. I don't know if the fault for sending the wrong item lies with Amazon fulfillment or the seller.

This review is for the RV Roof Sealant, Non-Leveling Lap Sealant White, Waterproof Flexible Non-Cracking RV Sealant and Caulking Vertical Surface - 10.1 oz,2 Pack.Just got this delivered today for some planned projects when it's warmer out. I don't want to use it now due to it's winter and stuff heaves up when the ground freezes, then drops when it thaws. I have some areas around our sliding glass door that was put in on our back livingroom wall that I don't think are totally sealed properly and around our side kitchen door under the aluminum doorsill.Since this stuff is made for RV's to remain flexible and handle temp/weather extremes, it should work well. But I'll wait until it's warm & dry out as I want to make sure the gaps are completely filled. This 2 pack is the non self leveling type, so it should stay where I put it and it's simple to apply. If there's any issues when I use it I'll come back and report.Regular price $ 19.97 per the listing, is good I think. I bought several tubes of silicone caulking at a local big box store and it was much more expensive and it didn't seal up where it was used! It was properly done too with scraping all the old off, cleaning the surface, applied when dry out for several days... So I'll be redoing that too when it's warm/dry out, and I have more of this stuff coming that's the self leveling type.As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I hope this helps you make the best choices how to spend your $.

The sealant was easy to use and It looks like it came from the factory. I highly recommend using this to ensure that your RV stays sealed and doesn’t get water damage. Pleased with this product.

When the builder way back when put the addition on my house, some things were compromised over what a proper sunroom or covered porch might be. In the back the wood frame and tar roof with drop sealing has little insulation and many air gaps to allow bugs, and moisture in. The original owner put in a small window AC unit which he removed and left a wood patch over the hole. I converted that to a vent port for a high-volume heater and AC unit. The outside walls are all framed with wood and glass and over the years it lost caulking and some of the glass corners were missing chips. I got this just in time to seal things up good before a major cold spell. I could tell the difference when I fired up the heating units and the only draft came from around the sliding double doors. I can't caulk that gap, or they won't shut properly but I may fabricate some sort of outer seal this coming Spring.I can't judge the heat resistance yet, but there doesn't seem to be any contraction of loss of adhesion in minus 2-degree F outside weather. I did use sandpaper and a blower to clean off the surface and make sure it had some initial roughness to adhere to. This didn't flow too fast when it was cold, so I was able to get it to set up without much working it in the glass gaps and to replace the missing old caulk. Since it's also super resistant to heat, I filled in most of the remaining caulk I had in some cracks that opened up in the metal shafted fireplace that served to heat the porch when it was built. It had been tarred in to attach to the roof tar (replaced some years ago with a rubberized roof blanket). So, I've locked down any leaks for another season hopefully. I didn't need the gloves this time, but I'll save them for future use. Recommended.
