My previous adapter was beyond shot, frequently losing contact and getting hot enough to char the plastic. My research informed me to replace it with a dogbone type adapter, and this fit the bill. The price is right, the quality is excellent, and it works great.

Works well to plug in my 30 AMP RV cord. I purchased a much cheaper adapter (made in China) and it overheated right away. This one seems very solid and doesn't get hot at all. Great product for the price.
