Ordered this in 2021 and has worked well until today, 08-22-2024. The bristles, after I completed the chimney sweep, started to fall out on me. Many of them fell out, so just had to throw the item away. May still order another one as it's the only one that fits our rectangular chimney pretty well, much better than the round ones

Works well, got my chimney super clean. Make sure you get one a little larger than your chimney, it helps get it cleaner.

Been using this several years and still working good. Some of the bristles are starting to loosen but still works well.

Bought this 4" square brush for my 4" square chimney. Bought a poly one last year, and wasn't really impressed. This bad boy is the ticket. It's a manual use brush ( no drill hook up) and a breeze. Had chimney clean in under 30 minutes. Purchased 18' of rods to go with it. Everything appears and feels well made and expect many years of use.

The Rutland 7 inch square brush worked perfect! I have a 6 7/8 inch square chimney and this brush fit just right. I had a light build up of creosote but after 2 passes up and down the chimney we were good to go.

Good quality. Together with Rutland or other flexible extensions cleans the square clay liner saving you a lot of money on chimney sweep. Before you buy measure your clay liner inner opening. It should be 6.25 - 6.75 across. Smaller the brush may get stuck. Too large it will not clean right.
