Does not do well and not true to advertisement. Spray on and leave does not work. You must scrub and with high places that will not work. I am older. No ladders.

I primarily use this product to lengthen the time between driveway pressure cleaning. I have found that mold build up is delayed so that I only have to clean the driveway every other year. If I don’t use the product you can see the stripes left by the pressure washer wand. These show up within weeks of cleaning.

Works great to clean siding on house. Spray on and watch your house look cleaner every day. We had are house cleaned professionally, and he added bleach. He sprayed on, waited a few minutes and fixed off. Made siding look new.

Effective at removing mold and algae from various outdoor surfaces.Easy to use once diluted, but getting it out of the bottle may involve some splashing if not carefully dispensed.If you plan on using the entire bottle at once, you can minimize the splashing by drilling a small hole into the top of plastic bottle (or anywhere above the liquid level inside the bottle) and on the opposite side as the cap.Results should appear in a day or two, and a treatment should last for one season if there is ample wind, rain, and sun exposure. Progress takes time -- this is not an instant, whitening formula.No bleach in this formula, but there is a slight chemical smell to the otherwise clear liquid.As always, wear eye and skin protection when using -- and avoid use on a windy day or when rain is expected.Remember to shake well before each use and to shake the diluted product in a sprayer if you are using one.Works well and doesn't leave a mess. Wet plants before spraying if they may be exposed to the spray.Do not use on outdoor electrical or electronic equipment -- including HVAC apparatus.A good value when offered at about $17 at the time of our review.One gallon makes five gallons of diluted cleaning solution.We use a hand-held garden sprayer and clean the sprayer nozzle after each use. We've found that the sprayer seems to last longer when it's disassembled and cleaned between uses.

Worked great in most areas, but some stubborn areas needed some minor scrubbing. Knocked that out fast with my drill brush attachment.
