I was a little nervous about ordering paint through the mail. After all, my husband has ordered cookie and we've had them delivered under a twelve-pack of energy drinks in the same box, so I was a bit nervous I would come home to a puddle of unwashable goop on my back porch.I was pleasantly surprised to find the box intact and the paint lid fortified with little metal clips.The paint itself was great. I bought it to cover some metal fenceposts, and it worked like a dream. I washed and sanded and applied the paint with a foam brush. It dried quickly enough that I was able to put on three coats with only short breaks in between. The fenceposts now have a smooth creamy look that blends well with the wood.

I didn’t realize when I ordered that it was an oil based paint. It wasn’t an issue for my project, but for some I’m sure it could cause problems. Just keep that in mind, I’m assuming it’s the same for the silver and bronze ones as well.Pros: Good price for the amount. Easy to use even for an oil based paint, if you stir it enough it almost becomes acrylic consistency. Does have a nice sheen in the light and actually looks like gold.Cons: Very runny, will need multiple coats to get it to look gold. It was almost sheer with the first coat and it scared me. Takes a while to dry even without the multiple coats. I was only doing detailing but if you have a large area you’ll probably need multiple cans.

I received a second can, slightly dented, and it was cheaper, also. I bought a third one, a different white, the heirloom one. I applied some paint on a metal door, closet doors, and a folding table, a wooden one. Hopefully, I can paint the little shelves in the closet with those 3 cans. Thinking about mixing some, to achieve a warmer white, not too white and not too yellow. So far, the folding table… that one is going to be in the white satin blossom paint. I think that it was a great choice, the little table is looking good, the small area that I painted, because the white is warmer than the pure white one from Behr, the eggshell interior enamel, that I a smeared, close to my satin blossom area. Someone mentioned some shelves that were revamped with this product, with great results. Thanks again Amazon, for the great product and fair price! And the people with informative reviews!!

ممتاز جدا ولونه يميل للرمادي قليلا يعني ليس أبيض صريح لكن جفافه سريع وتغطية جيدة ما يحتاج طبقات كثيرة للوثول للون المطلوب مثل انواع ثانيةأنصح به

This is awesome paint. It is most commonly sold in a spray can. In the past I have purchased it in the can. When I went shopping I could not find it any where nor did any one know what I was talking about. It is very easy to work with. The rich smooth texture covers well and self levels like an oil base paint. The antique metal chairs will look wonderful for a long time.

I love that it is dark blue when it is still wet and turns into deep black once dry. You need to stir properly though. If you don’t stir the paint will be fairly glossy. Looks like all these matte particles settle at the bottom. I had to learn the hard way…

This paint was delivered to me like this. Totally unusable. Also got into the wallpaper I purchased so that’s ruined too.
