Bought this product to patch garage floor which had pitting in 4 small areas under vehicle tires. Followed instructions and mixed evenly with a cement mixer attachment. Upon opening activator (B), can was only 1/2 full which seemed odd but may have contributed to product being way too dry and difficult to use. Barely filled two small areas before product was unusable. Waste of money, I would not recommend buying it.

I purchased one of these buckets a couple years ago. The first bucket contains cans of resin and hardener that were low. I mixed the resin and hardener and added aggregate until very stiff. It worked very well, but I still had about 1/3 of the aggregate left. I really liked the product but felt cheated. I still had a large channel to fill, so I ordered two more buckets. These two buckets were lacking even more when it came to the hardener. I mixed them up and added all of the hardener and enough aggregate to be used, hoping it would cure. It didn’t setup as described. It remained sticky and very soft for about two weeks. After three weeks bicycle tires could still impress their tread in the patch. Finally after almost five weeks of mostly hot weather it has hardened. So, overall I spent about $190.00, didn’t get my money’s worth and ended up with substandard concrete repair.

Check resin/hardener in separate measuring cup to ensure proper ratio. Mine had more hardener and less resin than specified. My first bucket flashed in five minutes not thirty minutes. It will yellow if exposed to sunlight.

Gave it 4 stars because it sets up fast. If this product give you 30 minutes to work with, it would of gotten 5 stars. Best product I have use to fix holes and cracks in concrete driveway. Con: It is very expensive for the small amount of product you get.

I found this product very easy to use, and it has worked pretty well to fill in the numerous cracks I have with an older garage in Michigan. I purchased 2 in the first batch and ordered two more because I didn’t foresee any competitive products being any better. I strongly recommend this product if you have any larger cracks that need to be repaired on concrete

Didn't work for me at all ever though I followed the directions thoroughly. Im pretty good with construction and repair work. There is too much sand aggregate compared to the epoxy. Even though I mixed it very slowly with a grout mixer (while gently adding sand), it went from a nice slurry to solid unusable clumps almost instantly. Had to throw the whole thing away.

If your goal is to witness a hot, smoking science-experiment in a bucket that sets up faster than you can use it, then by all means purchase this product. Otherwise, I'd skip it. Needless to say, I'm a little frustrated. I followed the instructions exactly, mixing parts A and B, and then using the mixture as a primer before adding the aggregate. There really should be a warning on the product that makes it clear you have less than 3 minutes to prime, because if you don't start mixing in the aggregate by then the entire pot will start smoking like a witches cauldron, and by the time you realize what's happening, the entire "primer" mixture will be hard as a rock.Seriously, parts A and B were hard as a rock within 5 minutes. I didn't even get a chance to add the aggregate. Sixty bucks completely wasted. Thanks Rustoleum! Maybe next time you can just come to my house and rob me.

Filled large cracks in a commercial garage floor approximately 1" wide by 1" deep. Finishes nicely but be aware of the following things:* Only has a 30 minute 'pot life' when mixed. Make sure you're ready to patch and work quickly.* You'll need a birdcage mixer. You have to mix the epoxy and activator first, then mix that in with the mortar.**UPDATE** Two months later the product has held up just fine in the bus garage with very heavy use. No cracks or splits.
