I'm testing this out on a lawnmower deck that has some pretty severe rust. I've used an oil based product before so it will be interesting to compare this product after about a year of exposure to the elements. This is easy to apply. The brush is kind of thin and basic so I used my own. More in a bit.

I don't know how well this will hold up, but we'll find out. It did ship quickly. It seems to be weird to work with. It's grey, I did expect black, but I do have black rust inhibitor spray paint.

Used this Winblot Rust Conversion Agent on the under carriage of my son's 14 year old car. I'm hoping to slow down some of the rusting of the frame. It went on easy enough and looks better than it did. Not sure how long it will keep the rust at bay but it can't hurt to give it a shot. It doesn't seem like it converted all the rust to something "non rust" but if it slows it down, for the price, it's worth a shot.

This “winblot Rust Conversion Agent” didn’t live up to my expectations at all. As you can see in my before & after photos, my generator’s battery pan was rusting up. I used a wire brush to remove the loose rust and followed the directions to apply two coats, waiting for a day in between. However, it quickly began to bubble up and flake off. So much for that…

With winter coming in, there are some metal pieces I want to protect, so I got this. I applied it to two pieces, one clean metal, and the other a bit rusty, and I'll see how they did in the spring. It applies easily, and has god coverage. So far, a good value.

I used this on an old car with rusty wheel wells. I got several coats on all four wheels. A week later, and I can't tell there was rust there at all. There is a flat gray. I plan to prime and paint them next, with wheel primer and paint. I think this product may be good enough as a primer, but better safe than sorry. I was quite happy that i was able to clean some that strayed onto my hands up quite easily too. I would suggest this and would get it again if needed.

This went on smoothly, spread nicely with great coverage. I used in on my horse trailer rims (that were just rusty in spots) but they look amazing now. I also used it on my Jetta that had a few small wheel well rust spots. It was slightly darker paint but since it was right on the bottom corners underneath you can barely tell. I will update in the future with how it holds up this winter in upstate New York.
