I love this thing. It does so many useful things. It's super easy to use and it's very accurate. The app was super easy to download to my phone then set-up and sync to the scale. I like that the app records all your data and then it's easy to track over time. I like being able to see my ups and downs, progress, regression. Seeing my BMI, weight, body fat, water weight, bone mass, protein mass, etc is awesome. I've never had a scale that could do all of that. The app syncs with Apple health, which is cool too.It allows you to have multiple users as well, so you can track your whole family's progress on one app. And it's actually pretty "smart". It noticed that my weight went up significantly in one day and asked if that was my weight or a different user. I was impressed. I had actually ended a fast, so it was actually my data. But I was impressed that the scale noticed a significant change and thought to ask if I wanted to add this data to a different user.What I really like is that it's FSA / HSA eligible. I submitted my receipt with the Amazon description and got a refund from my FSA administrator.
