This scale is super smart! It tells you your weight, fat, and BMI. It talks to your phone and watch, which is cool. Lots of numbers, but basically, it helps you see if you're healthy. Easy to use and looks nice in the bathroom.

I purchased this full body scale to know what fat bmi rates I have. It works well. I’ll keep me motivated to lose weight. It’s not heavy but it looks like. Easy to change batteries they should 4xAA. Comparing to others like built in ones, it’s easy to change. I can now track my weight, fat, muscle etc. So I’ll know if I gain muscle and lose fat comparing to just lose weight or gain weight.

The glass platform feels sturdy, yet it has a very clean, minimalist aesthetic.The scale is incredibly easy to use. It powers on automatically when you step on it, and the display is large, clear, and easy to read, even from a distance.Overall, this weight scale is a great value for its price. It’s simple, effective, and works exactly as expected, which is all you really need in a scale. Highly recommended!

Easy set up and easy to use. It looks and feels like a quality product. LED screen is just large enough to read easily but not so big it looks inexpensive. The design is sleek and modern. It comes in black or white both with stainless steel trim. I do not plan to “hide” this unit but plan to leave it out. The app provides tracking that is easy to follow on my phone or tablet and only took minutes to set up. I’m an older senior, 81 and think most would find this scale not only easy to use but attractive.

You just need to follow the steps, which is, by the way, not a book; it's one simple page that tells you all you need, and in less than 10 minutes, everything is set up. There are additional instructions included, but all I needed was this page (I attached a pic of it).The accompanying app, which is available for both iOS and Android devices, seamlessly synced with the scale, providing me with a comprehensive dashboard to track various health metrics. Here's what I did to get it up and running:First, you scan the QR code using your camera, which lets you download the app. It’s free, by the way, not like others where you have to pay for it. Once you open the app, you register, and this is an important step to add your height and info about yourself. Then, allow the app to access your Bluetooth. Once you are done, you turn on your scale (charge it first for 2 hours); your scale connects to your app. Now, the most fun part: Stand up and hold the handle on the scale as it shows in the pictures and see the magic numbers.One of the standout features of this smart scale is its ability to measure more than just weight. With advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology, it accurately measures body composition metrics such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density, and more.
