Easy to Use
Easy steps to cutting ppr, low carbon steel and copper pipes. Wrap chain around the pipe, hook the chain onto the plier jaw, close plier jaw until pipe cutter wheels are tight on the pipe, hand rotate chain around pipe and adjust the screw until pipe is cut.
Step 1
Clamp the pliers to the rubber bracket.
Step 2
Slowly apply force and squeeze the handle of the pliers.
Step 3
The rubber bracket is squeezed off. Work Down.

So I tried the pipe cutter and to be honest I was extremely disappointed. It took for ever to cut the tubing. Now, maybe it was operator error but what I did was use the cutter to make a line for my sawzall which cut the pipe in less than 60 seconds. While a great tool for getting a sawzall started, it was not a great tool for cutting exhaust pipes. This is my opinion so your mileage may vary.

The exhaust pipe cutter works. Just expect to be sitting there for 30 minutes cutting the pipe. I haven't yet used the exhaust hanger tool but I'm sure it will work fine. I just added it to my tool collection.

The tools worked great. Nice clean cut and the hanger removal tool worked very well. Did not have to fight the rubber at all. Great value worked great and definitely recommend

These tools are sturdy, the hangar removal pliers allow a significant amount of pressure to be applied for stubborn grommets without bending, shifting or slipping!The blades on the cutter are strong and sharp making cutting through pipe easy relatively quickly.

I used to just use a pry bar to remove exhaust hangers and they could be a pain at times. I saw this set and I figured I would try it out. I have been meaning to by these tools for some time.The tools are a simple design that have been around for a while. The quality of both tools could be better.The hanger tool is good and fits thru exhaust hangers with no issue. It works as you would expect.The pipe cutter is questionable. I tried it on a piece of PVC pipe I had laying around. It required a lot more effort to cut thru it than I thought it would have. I can see it doing ok on a cheap piece of exhaust pipe but can see it struggling to work with factory exhaust pipe.Overall, the exhaust hanger tool is good. The pipe cutter is ok for limited use. I do not think the pipe cutter will stay sharp for long.

I didn’t like the fact no matter what size pipe you attempt to cut the plier handle separation are way fell in such a way it could be grasp (hand size doesn’t matter)
