Strong wench. Works well. Controller end where it plugs into the wench is JUNK. FROM FIRST USUAGE it fits loosely and have to hold it in spot to be able to use it.

I added this winch to my 4 wheeler to lift our snow plow. The plow was initially raised and lowered by a hand lever. It was hard after raising and lowering it time after time with our large driveway. This winch works very well.

This item is identical to the winch I replaced that was 15 years old... it works well to attach my snowplow on my atv and push significant amounts of snow. I'm very pleased because of the incredible low price compared to other brands with the same specifications...

Total waste of money. Very cheaply made. I used it to lift around 50 lbs first and it struggled greatly, stopping after around 10 feet so it could cool off. Then, I tried to get it to lift 70 lbs and it only lifted it around a foot. I was like, "Really?" It's falsely rated at 3500 lbs which is just a big fat lie to get you to purchase it. So, if you need a winch to lift around 25-40 lbs, this would work fine. Anything above that, you're going to be disappointed and have to send it back.

Winch didn’t work at first, I sat down and looked at a bunch of controller pics and realized two wires were reversed on the solenoids. Works fine now.

I got the 13500 and have only had it for a week now and have got to use it 3 times so far. I am pulling trucks up on to a large tilt bed equipment trailer. These trucks are loaded with scrap iron and weigh up to 8000lbs loaded and this winch has absolutely no problem pulling them on the trailer. I'm with everyone else that you do have to wire up the winch when you get it and not sure why they just don't do it before sending it. Everything worked just fine on the install and wiring for me except for the 2 wireless remotes. The remotes did work but the buttons were backwards, as in was out and out was in. The wired controller worked just like was supposed to so I had to take the cover off the control box and switch 2 of the wireless control wires with each other. It was two of the wires right on top, I believe it was the white and yellow from the wireless control box that I swapped places with. If everything was put together before shipping they could test all of this. I'm happy with it so far and if something changes I will try to give a fallow up review.

Very easy to hook up, i was doing carburetor work to my wheeler so i already had plastic off the sides and ran the wire down inside tubes and wire tied them so you couldn't see the wires. The remote is big and well put together, how ever the wires are all connected so you have a little slack with the remote wires and the leads that run to the battery, its kinda a birds nest with the wiring with the remote, should have made it wireless or added another 3 feet of power wire going to the remoteafter having this for a year only, the switch that looks sealed and weatherproof is not, winch stopped working, did a voltage test and winch was good, but inside the switch was corroded, positive wire was broken off and the voltage block inside the switch was severley corroded! thought it would be an east fix, but most universal switches don't work with this winch.......they work with 2 wires on the winch side with this winch to switch and universals switches use 3 wires to the winch buyer beware, the winch itself is good, the switch is junk!
