My 8 year old was always interested in Rubik's cubes but got frustrated that he could not solve them with this he learnt how to solve it and is improving his time. It keeps his focused for long periods of time without support. Great value for money. It come with numbered stickers you can remove as you go and turn into a beautiful Rubik's cube when done. It is good quality and it allow for smooth and fast turns and lots of enjoyment.

We bought this as a stocking stuffer for our soon-to-be 10-year-old, but it quickly became a fun challenge for the whole family. It moves smoothly and is high quality. Maybe better for a teenager or older since it was a bit challenging. Still a great gift idea!

It’s small enough to fit in your pocket but still challenging enough to keep you entertained. The cube has a smooth turning mechanism, which makes it easy to rotate the sides without much resistance. This is especially important when you’re learning algorithms and need to move quickly. Since it only has four squares on each side, the Rubik's Mini is easier to learn than the standard 3x3 cube, but it still provides a decent challenge that can help beginners understand the basics of solving larger cubes.Cons: For those who enjoy the complexity of larger cubes, the 2x2 might feel a bit too simple after mastering it. However, it’s still a great puzzle to add to any collection and can be a fun speed-solving challenge. It’s great for most ages though probably best in the 5-9 group. The pattern is easy to learn, though it looks difficult, and that makes it great for impressing friends and building self confidence. It’s one of the few toys that has real staying power, it’s high quality and stays fun for longer than 9/10 things you’ll buy them.
