Excellent closet organizer. Easy to use, and put up. Nice that you can configure it to fit your needs. We put two of them up in our walk-in closet. They are set up differently for my wife and I. But they are stable and look good. Super happy with this purchase. Took me a long afternoon to put them up. Was able to do it completely by myself. Need a good level, stud finder and a drill.

Getting the rail and key stripping into the wall was a little tedious because not every strip can land on a stud. But other than that, it was fun to arrange the shelves and hang bars. Seems very sturdy and should last a long time. Easy to change the configuration if you need to rearrange again.

The hardest parts to install are the support brackets (one horizontal 4-5 vertical) as you want them level and you need to screw them in place.The wardrobe system itself is all modular, very easy to install/change around and super versatile.I bought it on amazon as it was less expensive then in store where I live.While in store I compared it to other models/brands in the same price range and it was the only one that didn't band/warp under pressure/weight.It not only met my expectations but those of my significant other's (whom I bought one for), my parents in law (who bought one and are thinking of getting another) and my own parents who are also thinking of getting one.Before buying, make sure to mesure your wardrobe to make sure you get the right sized kit!

**03/07/22 UPDATE**I installed a second one of these in a larger closet. Same situation, tore out old basic shelf, did all drywall repairs and repainted closet walls and ceilings. Like the first closet I did, the hang bar was done at 80" vs the 86.5" that is recommended. This worked out perfectly, again.This time, I did not use any of the included anchors -- for places that required them, I exclusively used toggle bolts I picked up from Lowes. Yes, it cost a few bucks more but the peace of mind is worth it. The hang bar and uprights are not going anywhere!My wife has already hinted I will be installing these in other closets if that is any indication as to our satisfaction with this organizer. The single "ding" against is that the included anchors are, well, crappy. No other way to describe it. Like I said in my original review, the bang:buck ratio for this organizer is super high. Very much recommended.**I completed the installation of this closet organizer kit this weekend, so wanted to share my experiences while it is still fresh in my mind.Other reviews have gone over all of the features of the kit, so I won't bore you with that. However, I did want to provide some handy tips for installation -->- Prior to beginning the installation, I tore out the old shelf + cheap-o anchors, did all of the drywall repair and finally painted the closet walls and trim. This is obviously not necessary and takes extra time, effort and money but it really made the end result look so much better. Very much recommend going this route if you are tearing out an existing system.- As several other reviewers have suggested, buy some toggles or heavier-duty anchors. The included ones are not horrible, but the chance of hitting studs for the uprights to achieve an optimal layout is pretty low and I would prefer to spend an extra $20 on hardware and know the system is solid.- Read the instructions + watch the brief install video several times and plan your layout prior to beginning installation. There are some great tips (like using the rail cover as a spacer for the uprights) included that will make things much easier.- Both the video and paper instructions tell you to mount the hang rail at 86.5" -- this is in no way, shape or form a requirement. I mounted mine at 80" and it worked out perfectly. The trim in the closet is 6" high, and the upright extensions end up about 2" above it. Perfect.- Take your time. Use a level. Use a stud finder. Measure again before drilling. Yes, simple/silly tips, but you might as well aim to get your installation (at least of the uprights) done right the first time. The shelving/accessory side of things is super flexible post-install, but if you go wild-wild-west with your uprights install, you're likely going to have a bad day.- Overall, the installation was not crazy difficult. Anyone with average+ abilities (and the right tools) can totally knock this out alone and get a good result. If you aren't comfortable with the install, find a handy pal and make an afternoon/learning experience out of it. I can safely say that no advanced skills are required to get a great end result.So, big question here.. would I buy the kit again? Yes, for sure. In fact, my wife has already asked I begin planning the layout for a closet in another room. The single thing I would do differently is to not use any of the included anchors at all and use 100% toggles. The included screws (for sinking the rail into studs) are good though!In closing, let's be clear -- this is not a high-end solution. It is, however, a solution with incredible bang:buck that offers some great flexibility given what is included in this kit and the number of accessories out there. The end result (especially after painting the closet to match the room) looks outstanding and all-in was south of $200 including replacing my old 20-year-old stud finder and a new gallon of paint.Have questions? I seriously do not understand how anyone could give this a negative review. It was easy to set up (by myself) and made such a difference in my closet. My sister liked it enough to order one for her closet too. She used a different configuration but still easy-peasy to do. Would definitely recommend.

Primero comentar que el envío por Amazon fue en tiempo y forma, llego en buenas condiciones.El producto es muy bueno, es muy claro en su forma de instalarse, básicamente es barrenar, colocar tornillos y poner los accesorios. En dado caso que no entiendas las instrucciones puedes encontrar tutoriales, pero el instructivo es muy claro y viene en inglés y español. Lo instalé con ayuda de mi hermano, nunca habíamos hecho ningún tipo de trabajo similar, es la primera vez que usábamos un taladro casi casi jaja, y sólo por eso tardamos un poco (y por estar verificando de no perforar alguna tubería), pero fue muy sencillos, la parte que más se tarda es midiendo y barrenando, ya que instalas el soporte colocar los accesorios y repisas se vuelve una tarea sumamente fácil, puedes acomodarlo según tus necesidades, cabe señalar que tienen un software que te puede servir de ayuda para diseñar tu clóset (no incluido, se busca en Internet). La verdad estamos muy contento con el resultado final, instalación sencilla, materiales de calidad. OJO: asegúrate de comprar los taquetes de concreto (unos grises), por que los que incluyen son para tablaroca.Producto recomendable!

We started our closet "improvement" by first going to the Closet Maid site & using their "free" online design tool. Being free, it was totally confusing & kluggy to use. So I then used their $5.00 premium online design service, which gave me (2) designs along with a parts list. This is the part that drove me crazy...the parts list was complete, but it directed me to retailers like Home Depot but the disclaimer states that "a particular store might not carry all the parts for your design"!!?? I then asked the CM site if we could order all the parts directly from Closet Maid, only to get an email back stating that their partnership agreement(s) requires them to direct us to Home Depot!! I could not bear the insanity of driving to half a dz. or more Home Depots looking to fill the Closet Maid parts list. Enough said, they eliminated themselves from consideration.I then came across the Rubbermaid systems on Amazon and after reading the many positive reviews I took the plunge & ordered (2) 4-8 ft. & (2) 3-6 ft. Deluxe Custom Closet Kits to improve our small MB walk-in & my 12yr.'s 6ft. closet.It took longer than 1 hr., but much less than 12 hrs (you will spent a great deal time measuring, climbing up & down the ladder, switching drill bits for screw tips, etc...), unlike several of the earlier reviews I had read. It took about 6hrs. total this past Friday to install (2) of the 3-6 ft. & (1) 4-8 ft. kits in our approx. 6' x 6' walk-in. The 1st kit took the longest. Once I understood how the first kit worked, I really cranked after that. A few crucial points:1) Make sure you have a level (I found a 2ft. one worked great!), a good cordless drill with 2 fully charged batteries (if your screws hit studs, which is what you want, it will take a lot of juice)with good phillips screw tips and a sturdy 6' step ladder.2) Get a 3/8" drill bit....most households typically won't have one largerthan 1/4"...this is the hole size for the sheet rock anchors. I didn't have one either so I had to go get one after opening the box! this is the only thing I had to buy, aside from the extra 25" vertical ext. bars & extra shelves. Rubbermaid also provided more sheet rock anchors than I needed (that's a first!). So unless you have a cinderblock or stainless steel wall in your closet, all the req. parts come in the kits.3) MAKE SURE THE HORIZONTAL MOUNTING BARS ARE MOUNTED STRAIGHT & LEVEL (first thing that goes up)OR YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT! USE THE LEVEL CONSTANTLY ON ALL THE HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL BARS!. After that, the brackets, shelves & hanging rods just pop in based on your configuration.4) Buy extra 25" ext. bars, each kit only comes with (2) per kit. You will need the extras if you want to max. use on the kits.All in all we rate this an excellent product. Quality was excellent (all the parts fit!). Instructions & assembly was clear & easy to follow and was actually fun once you got the hang of it. The Amazon pricing & free delivery made it a clear choice above competitors like Closet Maid & Elfa (The Container Store). And most of all it looks great (metallic/pewter coated finish) & works well. We figured it will take us an hour or so to install the last kit in my daughter's closet. We will definitely use their kits again.Thanx Rubbermaid & Amazon for "PIMPIN OUR CLOSET"!!
