Purchased the battery operated unit for my business. The scent was not very strong at all ,but decent. After three months, the unit stopped spraying but all digital lights were on. I changed the batteries and the canister and the unit is still not working. Very disappointing.

Although the product may be good - I couldn't find one spray insert on Amazon :(The only one who was selling was asking 2x-3x the cost of the aerosol elsewhereThat's why I had to return it

Good product overall but it's going to cost you 10x over in refills.They sell 20$ refills that must cost 3$ to be made.You need to use refills at way much higher rate than I could believe possible.Bought 6 dispenser.After a year they cost us more than 500$ only for our office, and it's 500$ because we stop using them after 6-7 months.Never again.But that's a perfect way to rob your clients Rubbermaid, that you succeed for sure.

Works well in our unfinished basement. I found it a little complicated to setup, could just be me however. I found the instructions confusing even when changing the spray cannister. Again maybe it's just me.

It works very good and love the orange refill. The only complaint is it is very loud. I startle easily and every time it turns on I about jump out of my chair.

This is an excellent product. My only complaint was that the instructions took me forever to work out and I'm still not sure that it's set up the way I want it to be. I would definitely recommend this because it delivers such a fine mist that it does cover a large room. It even tells you when you need to replace it.

This product worked great for about a week and a half. I absolutely loved it. It kept the office smelling great all time. I loved the adjust-ability to set it the way that worked best for us. Then the battery light started blinking and the air freshener would start beeping and didn't spray airfreshener anymore. I was unsure what this meant so I emailed customer service at Rubbermaid for some assistance on what the problem was. I haven't heard back from them and its been a week. There website said a response would take up to two days so expect some delay. I will have to try again since I can't use the product anymore until I figure this out. It is annoying in the office to have nonstop beeping and a product not working. If I could have gotten some help with this problem and gotten it fixed I would have given this a much higher rating. 10/14/16.....Still waiting for a response from Rubbermaid, but resubmitted my concern to Rubbermaid. Hopefully this time they will respond.. :(

Unit works great but beware of questions regarding batteries. I read it used "d" cells but it does not. It uses 2 "C" cells. Otherwise the device works well. I live in an apartment complex and my neighbor above me smokes. This is to get rid of the crappy odor.Updaye 1/29/2016. Unit stopped working. Figuring the batteries were dead, I replaced them and it will spray only if you rapidy turn the power on and off a few times. After that it sits trhere and lookis stupid.

Nice commercial grade automatic programming air freshener for bathrooms. We purchased for our quick serve restaurant an it works great. Refills are a bit costly, but what do you expect when it's for business.

I bought this to be used in the office. You can use it anywhere not only in the bathroom. It is fully programmable so you can pick the days that you like it to work. I wish I could pick different times for different dates. Other than that I am pleased with it.
