This stool is perfect for what I needed. It's small and goes together in 3 minutes or less. The finish isn't perfect, but that wasn't important to me. I wasn't looking for fine furniture. It's solid once put together and fits into a small nook where I wanted it. It has that lovely aroma that most things manufactured in China have, but I put it outside for a couple of hours and the smell dissipated. All in all, a good buy.
