I thought this product worked great, application etc and I don't have to store any chemicals for next year.

Works good just would recommend if you have a larger unit to get more than 1 can. I have 4 ton unit and needed 2 cans.

AC coils look great, sprayed on waited 10 minutes and then rinsed away.

I was a bit sceptical using this stuff. There is a lot of snake oil HVAC things on the market. But, this stuff actually works. I am not sure if I used too much but I ran out before getting all the way around the coil. If you have a medium size or larger condenser I would recommend getting 2 cans to be safe. Also, I recommend removing the fan from the top so you can flush from inside the coil. Obviously remove power before doing this.I am happy with the results and will purchase again.

I used this product to clean my 1 ton mini split's evaporator coil and it cleaned very well. The coil was only slightly dirty before, but it looks virtually new now. More importantly, it smelled moldy before and smells much better now. Even though Viper claims that no rinsing is required on evaporators, I still rinsed it the best I could. My only complaint is the price- it may make more sense to buy this stuff by the gallon and mix it with water yourself if you are cleaning large coils or multiple coils. Also, it's best to NOT shake the can before using it. I made that mistake out of habit and had to let the can settle before use because I was getting a mist of thick foam that sat on top of the fins and fell off in blobs before soaking in instead of a small stream that sprays between the fins like I should have. No big deal, just something to be aware of.

Product was received broken in box with no wrapping other then a single piece of unsecured bubble wrap. Cap was not taped to can either. I attempted to apply what foam I could get out with a mushroom brush to avoid damaging coils. Not sure if it is worth orderingThe company contacted me and made this right. They refunded me and I ordered a new can. All I can say is this is absolutely worth it. I work in a resort and asked an engineer for a recommended brand of hvac cleaner. They said viper. It’s what’s used in the resort. I sprayed this on my unit and the crap that dropped out was GROSS. I did use a mushroom brush to gently dislodge the gunk. Mushroom brush is in the trash and the intake unit looks so much better then when I moved in a few weeks ago. The sprayer is very important since it gets between the fins.
