Cannot adjust the position of the camera because the ball joint is too loose and it makes the camera sag. The weight of the camera is heavier than what the ball joint can support. The company should replace these with something better so we can actually use the cameras or I will return them. We have four wireless cameras that we cannot adjust.

This product was amazing for the price. It had easy setup. And the video feed was awesome. The color and durability of this was the best. Amazing picture quality and dependability. I have had for over 2 years and have never has any issues at all. Would purchase this product again.

Ya tengo aproximadamente un año de utilizarla y la verdad no era lo que esperaba. La batería no dura mucho tiempo, se tiene que configurar en modo ahorro para que no se descargue. El sensor de moviendo detecta aproximadamente el 50% de los eventos.

They are wonderful. Love them. Great quality and pretty easy to install. While I was away, I had peace of mind viewing my home’s entry. Love the app, I give it a 10 star rating. As a bonus I was able to view my cat every time he came into the family room. That was such a treat to know , that though I had my son watching him that I could see him and talk to him. He would listen and know I was still loving him.

This has got to be the worst camera system ever. I totally hate it, can't connect cameras or nothing, I wish I could bust it in a thousand pieces and mail it to the owner. I contacted Amazon and rray.com with in 2 weeks after my purchase. Well nobody still has not contacted me and it's been over 30 days and of course the warrant is out. How convenient for both of them. These cameras are totally garbage. I would be ashamed to be saling products like this. To top it off when amazon gave me a refund they only gave me 68$ owed me 98$ as of June 8th, I still have not received my refund. I am to the point of no longer using Amazon again. Walmart and Ebay give much better service. I return the item by ups on June 2nd. 2025. It seems the more you complain , yoyr service gets worse and worse.
