In typical RPM fashion, we don't just make replacement parts; we make the best replacement parts possible! So what sets the RPM rear bumper above all else? We started with our incredibly durable materials and created a bumper that is based off of current full-sized Short Course and Baja style rear bumpers. Full-sized rear bumpers are wide and flat and our scale version is exactly that, for the ultimate in rear-end protection. RPM rear bumpers will stop most rear impacts from affecting the truck in any negative way.

The chrome bumper itself looks great, but the supports it attaches to are molded in gray plastic, i guess the stock body would cover it up and i was hoping it was just the camera lighting in the item listing image, but for the price to not cast the supports in the chrome plastic as well is kinda lame imo. If I wanted a stock look (i.e. the stock body style) i wouldnt be changing the bumpers, on the plus side tho the durability is on par with usual rpm products and is very solid. Installation is simple, quick, and comes with instructions.

This is a great bumper. It's much stronger than the stock one and also weighs a lot less. The chrome part looks really good and connects great to the RPM bumper mount in which I also bought. NOTE: If you have a 4WD Slash this will no fit, because it does not have the connectors in which are needed. You can buy one for a 4WD but in a different color. However, if you have a 2WD slash like me this upgrade is a must. I can't even compare the quality between these 2 because that's how much better the RPM one is. I do worry about the scratches though since this is so shiny, but if you're thinking about getting it, do it. It's worth every penny.
