I buy this oil as it is recommended by name for the gear-drive on my truck supercharger. I should change this oil more often yet still running good after 108k miles. Synthetic oil has less oxidation and temperature affects than mineral oil. So the inherent properties are more stable than mineral or regular oils.

Using this as my go to everyday lube for firearms. Fully synthetic so it does not break down or degrade. 50W so it stays put much better and seems to last longer that a 10-30 or other motor oils. Not sure about it's rust inhibitors so for longer term storage I stick with Balistol but the firearms I use regularly I am pleased.

First time using this company. The viscosity appears as it should be 50 weight...straight, not variable.. I put it in my van that has over 160k miles to take up extra wear space and protect in Florida's heat. I could hear and feel the difference this heavier/thicker oil makes. I would not use this on vehicles that are not showing wear of over 125k miles... unless you are racing the Baja 500... it may be too thick. This is a straight Non-Variable weight oil of 50 weight. Not a variable as in 0-30 or 10-40w. It stays at this 50w perty well. Most synthetic oils that are variable are too lite weight. If you wish to use this on a younger motor... the perhaps add just 1 or 2 quarts to your prescribed weight of oil.

Great product. I had been using the cycle max for the engine and this actually performs better in the engine. I still use the cycle max 20W50 in the clutch and transmission.
