This may be Royal Purple's best product.Really is a superior, high temp grease. For all the protection(s) it provides, money very well spent.

No surprise that this grease is incredible. The cost is also not too bad considering Royal Purple products usually carry a hefty price tag.

Great product. Packaging had no packing in it so the tubed moved around and leaked a bit. But good quality grease

Grasa de buena calidad, pero se escurre de la engrasadora por lo que al estar almacenada ensució el piso del área, esta situación se siguió repitiendo por lo que tuve que cambia de grasa.

This grease works great. The purple color made it easy to see when the u-joints on my truck were full. The factory grease was black. I just kept pulling the trigger on the grease gun untill the Royal Purple showed itself. I could really tell the difference after using it. It could have been my imagination but I swear the truck rolls smoother. Shipped fast and was nicely packaged. The tube was in a sealed plastic ziplock type plastic bag inside of a box. That would have prevented a mess in the event of a damaged package. Nice touch

I have used this Royal Purple grease on ball joints and u joints on a 1997 Mountaineer. I replaced the upper control arms, lower ball joints, tie rods, and u joints. At first, I purchased a grease gun at Walmart that included a tube of grease. The Walmart grease ended up being junk. I was always re-greasing the ball joints with heavy leakage and sometimes the grease seemed to liquify within the tube. I switched over to the Royal Purple grease which seems to stay in the ball joints with little leakage. The Royal Purple is slick, sticky, and holds up well under temperature. Highly recommend Royal Purple.

Excellent grease. It is PURPLE in color. It is very dark so I could see how it could be mistaken as black, but it is in fact purple. I have applied this to ball joints and bearings in the front end of my cars' suspension. I have no way to scientifically test the stuff, but one who has gotten different greases on their hands will know this is truly the good stuff. If you want the best, or if only the best is good enough for your application (like me), this is the grease you're looking for. It is the only grease I will be using on my '95 BMW 525i front suspension components.

I'm actually not a huge Royal Purple fan. Not that I'm a hater either, I just have no affinity toward RP. The exception is their grease.I wanted a grease that was very water resistant and after doing a lot of research I decided on RP. The base that RP uses for their grease fits the bill. Unlike other highly water proof greases, RP is also comparable with most common grease bases. The base they use also can absorb the oil back into the base very well after being heated. Some people complain that the oil drops out of the base but I believe that is because RP saturates the base so much.I've been using this grease pretty much everywhere now with great results.

This product introduced me to the superiority of the Royal Purple line. I had frequently seen Royal Purple oil products at stores for 2x even 3x the price of other "high-end" lubricants. This grease was priced right on Amazon so I decided to try it. I've been using it on my car and various other applications with good great results but became intimately familiar with it's performance when I replaced the grease on my bicycle bearings with it. Usually you can't "feel" how a lubricant is working in your car or on heavy machinery but on my bicycle I could feel the difference and it was amazing – I was gliding down the street and the bike that I had been riding for years felt better than new. From this experience, I was compelled to try Royal Purple in my compressor – it now runs 10-20 degrees cooler. I'm planning on purchasing their products from now on for all of my other lubricants such as lawn mower oil, etc. Read the other reviews. People are actually noticing their machinery running smoother and more quietly. You might notice this grease "separating" or leaking a bit from the grease gun and even sometimes from areas you greased (on on the first greasing for me). I was worried a bit at first that the grease was melting or separating out but I do not think this is the case. I have checked on areas that I have previously greased and all looks and feels great. Furthermore, I used a good bit on the bearings of my bicycle, as mentioned previously, and applied it with my finger and can attest that the grease was very, very thick and stayed that way. I spun my bicycle tire when I had the bicycle propped up to fine tune some things and was called into the house. I came back minutes later and it was still spinning to my amazement!
