I didn’t look carefully at the size of the bag. I got a very, very small bag and it cost a lot. Will buy from my locate vet. The product itself is excellent and great for my doodles sensitive stomach

This is excellent food, but we will keep getting from the Vet. This price is a ripoff. It is the price of the 6.6 lb bag. Go to the Vet and get 6.6 lbs for the same price, do t let these guys rip you off !!

$45 for dog food. The average person is thinking "I'll be getting a 14 lb bag." Someone who is used to Royal Canin prices will think, "Ok, I will be getting their 7.7 lb bag." But, no, this is a 1.5 lb bag. To put this into context, it is a bag that can fit in a kid's lunchbox. Chewy has the 7.7 lb bag for a dollar or 2 more. I feel this was deceptive.

This 1.5 pound bag costs more than a 6.6 pound bag from the vet.

Wee Willy has a very sensitive tummy, AGH! My vet recommended Royal Canin and said the care they took to ensure the highest quality and the cleanest product was second to none. Now, given the fact that this product requires a prescription, and the cost is a wee bit too high (in my opinion and income level) I also purchased a bag of Purina Proplan Vet Diet, "EN gastroenteric". This also requires a prescription, and the cost is high BUT, you get more product for your money, and quite honestly, Wee Willy prefers the taste of the Purina over the Royal. That takes NOTHING AWAY FROM Royal Canin. It comes down to personal preference. Some folks like oysters, I can't do an oyster but that's not the poor oyster's fault. Like I said, get a sample if possible, of both products.
