Im trying to reach out to the seller directly via Amazon but the system is only giving me a series of questions and won’t let me submit my concerns to the seller.Unfortunately, the product I received is not good quality. You cannot even read the embossing from this product. The address below is not sharp at all. It is to faint to make out.The worst part is the last name which is so small. You cannot even read it properly because the cursive letters are not sharp. The last name on this font should’ve been bigger as it is so smashed together you can’t even make out the name clearly.

I like the fact this product is small in size but big in product value. I use this for my business seal and bought another one for my family seal for special occasions. The product is strong and bears the sharpness and quality of a similar products much more expensive. 1.75 foiled seals work very well and present professional quality yields. These are a must for business and a "nice to have" for family stuff.

Original review:I was buying this for my friend, customizing it with his last name "Briere." As you can see in the image, the B covered up part of his last name, so you can't read it anymore. The design online (currently labeled #043) made it look like the name would be in a box in the foreground. The top corner of the "B" also covered up part of his street address. Finally, the design online also had some floral imagery in the background that isn't present on the one I received.Addendum after correcting with customer service:I contacted customer service with the picture above and they quickly sent me a new insert with the originally requested design where the whole text was legible. The middling rating is only because they didn't get it right the first time. I like the product I ended up with.

Easy to assemble and use. The scroll part, my initial and surname stamps clearly but not so much the address. I tried different weights of paper, card-stocks and the gold burst seal labels; with and without the desk stand and still the address does not stamp clearly, its not really legible. I'm thinking the font size of the address is too small to make a legible embossed stamp. Will I use it: yes. Would I purchase the same one again: nope.
