I had to return this attractive set of 4 because the stools I purchased them for were defective. The covers appeared to be perfectly wonderful.

I'm not sure how this cover could possibly have been waterproof. It was thin, almost like a jersey sheet set. It fit, but I can't see this being durable for a stool cushion. Returned immediately.

I bought these to cover my plastic barstool that I have on my balcony and they fit perfect. If you want to know about the fabric it's almost like a teen shirt material and the band around it is very stretchy so itll fit nice and snug. I'll prob buy more when these get old.
