Bought this for my daughter. She’s owned other ones but they rub against her mouth or are uncomfortable in some sort of way but she loves the way this one fits. She does school outdoors on Thursday afternoons, next year will do all day on fridays and this has kept her warm in our alberta winter so far!

Warmer than most balaclavas, warm as a whole ski jacket and super wind proof!Keep in my pocket when skiing for the top of the mountain or sudden squalls or long ski lifts or long hikes in cold weather. I keep around my neck like an instant scarf for just warmth and pull up when windy.

It's thin, but don't let that fool you!! It feels light and moves easy when you move. It's super comfortable even though it "hugs" your head. I work on interstates, at night, sometimes in below freezing temperatures... this thing is still doing exactly what it should do. It works so well that I bought a few for co-workers and they love it, too! Even when they already had a different balaclava or ski mask.

I bought it as a waterproof cover while riding the motorcycle. It fits under the helmet and overlaps the jacket enough to keep the rain out of my neck. Works perfectly.The zipper in back makes it easier to put on, but needs a small cord attached (like a diving suit) so you can more readily zip it while already in gear.Haven't worn it during the winter yet, so don't know how it works as an insulator.

Lo uso en patinete eléctrico y cumple perfectamente (con casco de bicicleta). Sé perfectamente que en un casco de motociclista cumpliría al 100% (pero no lo uso en moto, solo puedo intuir ya que actualmente no uso moto).Aún así, salvando las distancias, para patinete logra aislarte del frío en las rutas. Tened en cuenta que yo uso gafas ciclista en patinete y aún así logra su aislamiento de la inclemencia climática (repito; el pasamontañas logrará mejor rendimiento en casco motocicleta, ya que es más hermético).Al hilo de esa cuestión, el cliente final, está orientado al motorista. Me explico; en patinete se os va formar vaho en las gafas de forma temporal dependiendo de si estáis conduciendo constantemente o no. Esa problemática usando casco de moto es imposible pues es el propio casco el que aporta visera y está alejada de la cara lo suficiente, no pasa lo mismo en mi caso, que uso casco bicicleta y gafas de protección. Tenedlo en cuenta.Por un precio justo tendréis un producto más que interesante, diría yo.Uso la versión sin cremallera.

Abriga y no se filtra el aire. La unica pega, que se da un poco la parte superior, Pero nada importante. Tapa totalmente el cuello y no entra aire en el casco.

Bought it for my uncle as he started working outside. He says it's pretty warm and comfortable but has to wear a hat or toque with it as its -15C or more out. The only downside is that he has to take off his glasses otherwise they fog up but thats with every kind of mask and what everyone with glasses has I suppose. Overall really good product, arrived in 2 days.

This comes in just one size but seems well made, so it was a good snug fit fit me without being tight. I was concerned that a one-size-fits-all might be too loose for me because I’m skinny, but it is made of stretchy material and is on the smaller side of average, so it is likely to fit most people well.Breathing with it on is easier than breathing with a COVID mask on.Not sure how waterproof the outer layer would be. It feels more like water resistant as opposed to being able to withstand a downpour.What I realized I would’ve liked is a balaclava that makes it easy to neatly fold and tuck the head cover but still allows the ears to be protected. I don’t like the way the fleece electrifies and flattens my hair in a weird shape, so I wouldn’t want to use the bead cover most of the time unless it is so cold that I’m losing a lot of heat through the head, but I would still like ear protection even in low 50s. This balaclava fits well when the head cover is pulled over but does not provide a stable cover for the ears otherwise as it is loss and wobbly.

I bought this for my fiance for Christmas. He bought a really nice...expensive....brand name helmet for snowmobiling and was disappointed when his head froze on top because of the venting letting in the cold air. His neck also got hit by cold air and got wind burn. I was a little leery about buying this because its actually way cheaper than others I looked at, but I decided to go for it because if the reviews. I'm glad I did..he loves it! We live in WI where winters are harsh. So far...he said he feels no wind on his head...he says its super warm and it totally covers his neck...and then some where the cold was coming in. The material is really nice...not super thin & breathable. Came with an extra piece for the face mask part. Is sewn really well. Very happy with this purchase....especially for the price! He said he will probably even use this on cooler days riding his motorcycle. I picked the one without the zipper.

I did try it out on a cool day here . About 50 degrees . It was warm but air did go through it. I was hoping it would stop the air flow . I guess I need a mask for that . Quality is very good and it is warm . Tucks into sweater or under coat well, too. I would recommend it for the warmth . Bottom line I'm keeping it . If needed another , I would buy the same one .

I wear a medium sized helmet and this balaclava fits snug enough, It has some wiggle room but not enough to slide all around. I do have to hold the front in place when putting my helmet on and be careful the top doesn't come down over my eyes, but once its all on it stays firmly in place. It fits alittle loose around the bridge of the nose, even with the insert with its little soft metal bar that lets you form the nose outline to your face.Its very warm and has kept my ears and neck warm in 30 degree weather while riding at 80+mph down the interstate. I should of went for the one without the zipper if only for the fact that the zipper is tough to do with gloves on or one handed. And it cant really be removed without undoing the zipper [Duh].The only real con i can think of is that although its insulated enough to keep my face and neck warm, it is still thin enough to let in an alarming amount of wind noise. Without the Balaclava i can hear my music in my helm just fine with minor wind noise but with it on all i can hear is wind noise. Unsure how or why but it transfers a lot of wind noise directly into the helmet.It does its job, If you use earbuds in your helmet and not a com system it should be just about perfect.

WOW!!!! Awesome, best balaclava purchase to date.......even better than my Nordic Blaze!!!! Perfect fit, nice and snug without being too tight, and blocks the cold, icy air and I just luv the nifty zipper in the rear. Keep in my mind this item is primarily for really cold days.....32deg and below......and must be removed immediately upon entering a warm place otherwise you'll roast in short order!!!! The custom filter serves a dual purpose.......blocks dust as well keeps the front of your face warm and it also warms the air you breathe before it enters your lungs.......this alone is worth the price of admission. It's impossible to breathe deeply when inhaling ice cold air!!!! I have only two minor gripes with this balaclava.......add some snaps so that the filter doesn't shift and move when putting on and taking off the balaclava, extend the front portion into a chest protector. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would buy it again in a heartbeat!!!! RECOMMENDED!!!!
