While this unit is sturdy and good for storage, it doesn’t dispense a significant amount of granules at once, which can be frustrating. It’s durable and functional as a storage container, but the dispensing mechanism could use improvement.

Nice container to have that keeps everything neat. Instead of having 6 separate containers all grains could be contained in one. Each compartment holds approximately 3 cups. It's not super big, but big enough for a few uses before filling up a compartment again.Filling up the compartments is a little tricky. The openings for each compartment is a little small. Suggestion to get a funnel or fold a piece of paper to slide the grain in each compartment. I didn't do that and some of the grains ended up in the compartments next to the target compartment. This is the reason it lost a star.It's easy to use. Spin the container to the slot for the grain you want and push the button. Approximately one cup of grain comes out. Works well for most grain items.
