This sun hat is comfortable, breathable, lightweight, doesn't wrinkle much, and provides adequate sun blockage. My 7yo daughter wears it to school everyday now. The first day she wore it, some kids told her she looked like a bee keeper but this didn't bother her; she still wears it and likes the hat, especially because she can pull her ponytail through the back of the hat.The chin strap is great to have because she won't lose her hat when it's windy or when she runs. The hat is still a little loose on her head but still fits her, which is nice because she'll get at least 2 more years wearing this hat so good value.I give it 4 stars because the color of the sun hat is suppose to be beige, but it looks more like a peach color with a slight yonge of pink, which is more noticeable indoors. I think we should have picked the kakhi color instead but it's ok. The hat is unisex so her brother can also use it.

This sun hat just fits my small noggin. While one of my five grandkids may want to wear it, I am hoping to keep it for myself. I like the drape of fabric in the back to prevent your neck from getting sun burned when you are out on the water. It is lightweight and will dry quickly if gotten wet. There is an adjustable clasp for under the neck to keep it on and one in back to adjust the band to the size of your head. The color is dark grey and neutral enough to go with anything. Good hat for the price.

This hat is fantastic for keeping my child protected from the sun! The fabric is high-quality, making it comfortable to wear on hot summer days. Its light weight and the color is bright. although this hat had no instructions, it was simple to find out how to adjust the headband to fit even an adult. it covers the head and neck well, but if the neck bothers you, it can be unsnapped easily.

My daughter likes this cute pinkish sun hat. It's a bit of a salmonish color, not light pink but it looks nice. The material is lightweight and comfortable. The hat has an adjustable strap to accommodate a range of kids' head sizes. It has a wide front brim and a long hanging back to protect your face and neck from sun. The material seems to dry quickly and fold up easily for packing away. Good value. Recommended.

Receiving this hat, my first thought was that this would also be great for when my kids garden with me. My second thought was that some adults with small heads can fit this (my husband falls into this category and yes it fits him). There is a small hole in the back, most likely for ponytails or some such to go through or to allow air low to the back of the head. It is light weight, so it can definitely be used at the beach, and if it gets wet, I can see this drying quickly. I only took a star away since it did appear mildly cheaply made (you can see the hat's rim stitching in the back). But I can see this being completely functional for a kid and worth the investment now to block the sun. Sun hats are wear ;) it's at!

Sure, it's going to start off a little bit, and end up a little small, but not really. The hat has a wide brim and a nice cape and plenty of room for adjustment thanks to the head strap. From stroller to bicycle, your child will get years of use from this hat.
