This is an excellent product for silver, especially when its pass due for a polish and is highly tarnished.

product was open when received and the lid had been taped back on. Even with this, the paste was all over the box and packaging.

This works great for getting that mirror like finish on metals. Have used to refurbish old hunting knives to look brand new.

Simichrome is the BEST polish I have ever used, for brass and aluminum. I have used it on hundreds of brass lamps, horns, radiators, brackets, and virtually ANYTHING made of brass on dozens of early, pre-15 automobiles. I have also used it on Learjet leading edges, which are kept polished, with amazing results. Rosenthals had it at the most reasonable price. The product is still very expensive, but worth every penny!
