This doesn't "look cheap" like one reviewer stated. I've had several comments on it.It was easy to install and is durable.

The product itself seemed decent but the crossbar width in the photos for the 12 cubic ft is different than in the description. I never got to use it or mount it on my car because it wouldn’t fit, returning was decent meaning I got a full refund but had to set it up a couple times because the drivers picking up always selected “driver needs assistance” instead of actually getting out of the truck to go the door to find the box. The bag that holds the clamps came ripped but that was the only damage, seemed easy to use and if you have a small cross bar width would probably be okay. I like that it opens from both sides and it really did look like the photos other than the cross bar width. Probably would only recommend it if you have adjustable crossbars. Most cars don’t have cross bars this close together.
