This card file is not only useful, it is decorative. It comes with both the alphabet dividing cards and address cards. It was a little more expensive than I would’ve liked to have paid.

This was the 2nd of the same product I bought. I returned the 1st one. The whole thing is mostly metal, but they used a plastic rivet as a hinge. The plastic rivet does not stand up to any usage. The metal just shears off the plastic pin which is supposed to hold the hinge together. I fixed the 2nd one with 2 bolts and a nut that I had to get from the local hardware store because I didn't want to return the product twice with the same problem.I would not buy it again.

This is a cheaply made product that was broken when it arrived. I returned it and ordered another one because even though the quality was poor I really liked the idea of the photo on the Rolodex. The second one was also broken. They quickly refunded my money. Save your time though, it it’s time worth the hassle.

The idea is a good one but too bad that is as far as they went. I received the first one very quickly and it was obviously someone else's return. It was bent and the top sat lop-sided. Even though I had read the reviews before I bought it and someone else had the same problems, I had ordered it anyway. I returned it and got a replacement. It was the only thing out there like it so I gave it a second chance. My second one arrived unbent and obviously not a return, it was packaged much better. BUT, when I pulled the tray down that holds the cards, both of the plastic peg hinges broke off. By this time I was determined to make this thing work. I went to my local hardware store and found some tiny screws with nuts and fixed it myself. I am now satisfied with it, but only because it showcases my most beloved grand daughter. My Bug.

When I received my rolodex two-tone mesh photo frame the rivets were broke off on both sides that held the rolodex in place, I had to go to town to the hardware store to buy nuts and bolts to hold it in place.

I wanted a new roldex that would be attractive on my desk. I really liked having a photo frame, but the pins used for hinges that allow access to the rolodex, are plastic & therefore fragile. The pins should be metal or designed to be sturdy. I think it's a design flaw. I returned the first hoping that it was an isolated defect, but the second was the same. I expect more from Rolodex. I am disappointed & will stick with my original rotary rolodex. Thank you Amazon for the ease in the returns.
