I was given someone’s return. The first tell was that the box was retaped with the old tape still left on. The second was the parts were misplaced and the bag of screws and tools was open. The third was that part of it was already pet together and parts are bent. I’m missing some very important parts and I’m pretty sure that’s why it was returned in the first place. This could have been easily been a 5 star if I was given proper pieces and not someone else's bent return.

I think this is probably a good product so I’m giving it 3 stars but the on the bottom rack 2 of the drawer stops don’t work. Fortunately, I have the unit against a wall so it shouldn’t be a problem. It did help me tidy up my craft area and it’s sturdy.

Listen here, I never build anything. It's a running joke with those who know me best, I am just not good at assembling ANYTHING. When I tell you I finished this in 20 minutes, I hope you believe me! This was so easy to assemble, and I love the labels the let you know if you are putting the piece in the right direction! I'm giving 4 stars because the drawers do not slide out as gently as I would like, but it's not a deal breaker! Super cute and hold a lot of my craft items! I might just have to purchase another one!

This rolling storage unit is perfect for containing low profile items. The drawers are sturdy and can hold up to 10+ pounds of weight, and they are deep enough that several plastic to-go containers can be used to further subdivide the space. I had no issues putting it together. Instructions were easy to follow, and with the exception of a hammer to make sure the vertical bars were together, everything was provided. Attractive, easy to maneuver full, and brakes on wheels. Glad I tried this out!

happy with this storage cart! It’s well-designed, sturdy, and very functional. The combination of a wooden top, metal frame, and plastic drawers makes it both stylish and practical. The drawers slide in and out smoothly, providing plenty of storage space for organizing different items.Overall, this is a fantastic organizer for home or office use. Yay, I no longer have multiple junk drawers around the house to dig through. Everything is so easy to find now. I never know what to expect based on product pictures, but this storage cart is sturdy and solid. It was well packed with extra cardboard and individually wrapped pieces. There was even foam between each drawer to prevent damage. The parts were labeled for easy assembly, but I was worried at the end because the part stickers (C, D, & E) were visible from the front but were actually easy-peel. They also included one extra screw for each kind, which I always appreciate.Unfortunately, there was no QR code to an assembly video, but the 6-step instructions were simple and well labeled. It does say there’s a video on the product page, but I didn’t see that until I was done. The included screwdriver/Allen wrench combo is crappy, but it’s a standard Phillips head, so I had that. The Allen wrench worked perfectly, however.Having this many drawers makes it easier to stash all my junk, so now my space looks neater. I had so many little organizers in various places around the house with stamps, birthday cards, return address labels, and sticky notes, and now it’s all in one place. Ahhh! I'm also glad it has a sturdy top shelf.I appreciate the attention to detail and feel this is a quality item. I feel confident buying other products from this seller.

This rolling storage unit is perfect. Right from the start with packaging. Easy to assemble took no time at all. Directions were clear easy to follow all the parts marked. It would look nice in any room of your house. I love the idea of having it on rollers. I can pull it to wherever I’m working. Nice sturdy metal frame so it’ll make sure it last forever. Plus, it’s excellent value for the money. I would definitely buy another if needed and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a good sturdy storage unit.

I originally purchased the 4-bin rolling carts and ran into a small problem with a broken bin in each of those so I contacted the company for a replacement bin. Customer service was responsive, apologetic. I enjoyed the 4-bin carts enough to try the 8-bin rolling cart and so far I am quite happy with all the carts and I think they are all worth the price I originally paid.I ordered this 8-bin rolling cart to organize our homeschool books. There were enough bins for all of our subjects and the bins were big just enough to hold the textbook, notebooks and such. Some of the texts are in 1.5 inch binders and those fit well. This cart can be used for office supplies, crafts, paper storage, etc. it seems pretty versatile.The drawers do not slide out and fall down as there is a slight catch built in to the track. The drawers do pull out entirely, if needed. The drawers also pull out far enough so that I can easily pull items out or place items back.Putting the carts together was easy enough; however, I did not watch the video. I probably should have because I put the pieces together wrong…it does matter. The wonderful part about this is that I was able to carefully disassemble the pieces and redo it again correctly, with no damage. Yay!I think the cart looks nice and is sturdy enough for our purpose. The only thing I would want to change is the option to have permanent feet instead of (or in addition to) the wheels. And that is just for when there are height constraints. Otherwise, the wheels works well and two of them have locks. Empty, the cart is very light weight.

colours are true to photos and despite the sleek look there's a lot of storage space in the drawers. instructions were unclear and the English was near impossible to read but because it was such an easy assembly, you really only needed the photos. One of my wheels doesn't fully unlock, but makes up for it by being so aesthetic and compact. Perfect for storing all my crafting supplies.
