I needed a place to sort and file our mail with a surface for my second laptop. This is the perfect solution because the station is easy to move out of the way and pull out as needed. The surface dimensions fit my laptop perfectly. It is easy to keep things organized and out of the way. Assembly was quick, it took me about 45 minutes from opening the box to having it all assembled. It comes with all the tools you will need, but if you have a better wrench and hex, I recommend using that instead. This file/desk storage cart is sturdy and rolls smoothly over our hardwood floors without scratching them. I am very pleased with this file cabinet and desk storage cart quality and functionality.

I got this for my home office and it works good. It was simple to assemble and didn't take too long, the directions were very clear. The two drawers hold a good quantity of items and the bottom hang folder area works exactly as expected and is easy to access. Overall the cart is sturdy and I can place my laptop on it or other items with no concern. The only improvement would be if the casters were slightly larger, they work OK, but if heavy items are present then larger casters would be more stable and roll better.

Upfront disclosure: I received this item through the Amazon Vine program for review.Some assembly required but its not difficult to put together. The instructions were clear enough and it came with plenty of spare screws and pins, just incase. The design is reasonably simple and functional. The file hanger slides out but there is some play in it and I have noticed the bracket tips down when its fully pulled out. The drawers do basically the same thing. A little lubricant (silicone or graphite) would be a wise addition to make things slide a little easier but overall it's a very good and functional design. The wood laminate top looks reasonably nice and the whole thing has a nice aesthetic. The included wheels all have individual locks and roll reasonably for plastic wheels. Its been a very good piece that fits entirely under my rather tall desk in my classroom. For a normal height desk it would sit nicely alongside it.

When I first opened the box I was a little taken aback by the Basket Shelves and flimsy looking file bar. I assembled it quite easily and turned it over to my wife who immediately started using it for files and storage of general office supplies. What really took me by surprise was how much stuff she but on the top of it. Boxes and boxes filled with heavy papers and photos. She stacked it so high that there were more boxes on top of it then it was high of the ground. It held together like a champ. This item also has wheel on it, with wheel locks, that allow it to be pushed out of the way when not in use, and moved closer to her desk when she needs to sort through stuff. My only real complaint is I wish it was a little taller so it matched the height of a standard desk, but I will not fault it for that because if you have a desk with no draws on it, it slide right under that perfectly which is probably the best use for.For a low cost file holder with utility draws, you can't do much better then this, especially if your office theme is Rustic Brown, as the top matches that perfectly.

I ordered this to use as a rolling cart in our downstairs rec area and for us it should work fine. Assembly is a bit tedious due to a couple of issues with the instructions but overall, not too bad. The wooden top is pretty and has a coating that should hold up to the everyday use as long as you are careful. The two pull out baskets will hold a modest to light amount of weight, but I think they might deform if you overload them. I also don't like the way you slide a pin into place that in turn holds the baskets and prevents them from sliding all of the way out. This system works but I think future models should be made with a different system. The same can be said for the hanging folder bracket on the bottom which seems rather flimsy. We won't be using it for that purpose but if I did, I would be careful how I used it. Overall, we like this rolling stand, but I did decide to take one star off for the points I made and also because I think that they are pushing the price point out about as far as they should. At this price I think if you look around a bit, you might find something else that might work better. With that said, I still feel comfortable recommending this cart.

I'm always on the watch for something that provides some storage, and my drawer less desk was wasting space since the top is a major electronic charge station for many devices. I have file cabinets, and just because it's mobile, I didn't need anymore, but I noticed how a quick mod makes it a shelf unit. A cut piece of fiberboard or plywood will turn the bottom into a shelf just by nipping the corners off and fitting it inside the 4 metal supports. Now small boxes, stacks of clothes, or in my case a storage place for some books appears.The file cabinet is nice for those that use them, but I file most things digitally now and lock up my important papers in a safe. The cabinet is sturdy with steel beams on all for sides. It has two slide-out mesh trays at the top for storing useful things and being able to see them, so you don't go fishing in a crowded desk drawer where various pens, pencils, stamps, paperclips and loose change go to die. I've got stuff in an old wooden desk I forgot I owned and bought more of them since I rarely see it and seem to forget I have it when it is needed. Here you can get a visualization periodically and know what you have on hand. Easy and quick to assemble with minimal tools top space will slide under a table or desk, or you can use it as a stand for phone, computer, or printer etcetera. Recommended.
