Everything about these devices claims are great except the HDMI passthrough. Finally got it working after weeks of communicating to tech support over email. Helped a friend setup another unit, and the things I had issues with they didn't at all. They were kind enough to bring it by, quick swap for good an no issues. Roland refused to RMA the product. was really sad that I had to go buy an additional capture card, but the fact is the rest of it works great. Now if they'd only code this so that OBS can see its sources independently. I get I can control them, but so much easier to automate around OBS than the way Roland does it.

This is a great product. Capturing different devices and mixing different audio sources works really well here. Unfortunately none of the mixing is useful because the noise suppression on the mic is bad. Using other software for this completely throws out the mixing features here.

It was a bit frustrating to set up and figure out exactly how to power it, but once I got it all set I found it to be much better than the GoXLR. I run a Sure SM7B and Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro's and this has plenty of power to run them both. With the GoXLR, I needed a Cloudlifter for the SM7B and a pre-amp for the 1990's. That put the total price for the set up much higher than this. The sound quality seems to be much better than the GoXLR as well. The build quality is great as well and it's not as bulky. I am excited to see what Roland has in store for future updates to propel them much higher. I'm glad I found this and didn't decide to try other ones.

People really need to read the spec sheet before complaining. It’s clearly stated what this machine can and can’t do .

I’m unable to broadcast my Xbox Series X to it at 1920x1080 120hz. And the customer service from Roland is awful I haven’t gotten a response from them for help for over a week.

Good interface for dual pc setup. Customization is nice. The video card is good for 1080p so if you want to use it for streaming higher than that you’ll need a different capture card. Dual bus is nice and the voice changer is fun. Not all channels are available for all applications so hopefully this gets addressed in a software update. Bgm music is nice as good background music. Overall good piece of equipment if you’re running dual-pc
