I bought a pink jacket for my 10-year-old granddaughter, and a light blue one for her 13 year old sister. Both of them ran true to size. They are high-quality and the colors are right on. They are a little lighter weight, which is what I was hoping for going into spring. My granddaughters love them. In addition, they were able to get them to me quickly and well packed.

It IS down & packs easily in small bag. That said it is thinner than expected & not very puffy. Think spring & fall jacket.

This jacket is very good quality and is perfect for not very cold wheather, I would say above 50-55F. It is lightweight and the color is beautiful. My daughter's favorite jacket and she receives lots of compliments from other kids. It is easy to put away in the backpack when not needed as it doesn't take lots of space. Highly recommend.

We live in Arkansas where it’s not super cold in winter, but we do have mornings where the low is single digits and it doesn’t get above freezing all day. This jacket is perfect for fall to spring. Most of the time they wear a t-shirt under it. On the super cold days, a hoodie under it or fleece over it is enough to stay warm. Maybe both during polar vortexes, but we tend to stay indoors then.Because it’s down and not down alternative (aka polyester), it’s not good during rain or snow. It’s ok to run between the car and inside, but don’t expect to stay warm and dry if you’re standing in precipitation for very long.I love how well it compresses for those mornings where it’s in the 30s but 80 in the afternoons. It takes up next to no space in the backpacks and it’s a lot less likely to be forgotten at school when it’s in the bag rather than on the back of the chair.I love these jackets so much that my kids have been wearing them for a few years now. They hold up well so as one kid needs a bigger size, the other kid can get some more wear out of the old one. We’ve bought three so far, and will be buying number four soon.To recap: yes, it’s thin. It’s deceptively warm though because down is amazing. It won’t keep you dry, but it will keep you warm. Layering is required when it’s super cold, but it’s fine with just a t-shirt down to around 45F (depending on your tolerance for cold). It’s not really comparable to my expensive Triple Fat Goose parka from the ‘90s, but it’s still a nice little jacket.

The puffer jacket coat is what i have been looking for. It is super lighweight but warm. I bought the coat for my 9 year old. It is true to size. So if you are looking for a little bit bigger i woul go up one size. My daughter really likes it because it is not heavey and she can still wear it with layers of clothes and not feel uncomfortable and true to color.

I bought this jacket for my cousin and she loves it a lot. As the title says, it is very ultra lightweight, thin, and weighs less than half a pound. She says it keeps her warm during the day when she is outside and cozy when she is inside. It also came attached with a travel-sized pouch so she can stuff it and carry it around with no problems. Would recommend this as a Fall and early Spring jacket - great and easy to throw on and go out and about

I live in the northeast and here this is a light fall jacket, not a weatherproof winter coat that will keep you warm and dry. As a spring jacket, its lovely, but not what I expected 3 stars only.
