Awful product. I actually returned the first set, thinking I just got a bad batch. After dealing with customer service — who somehow managed to be both rude *and* useless — Amazon replaced them with another set. I was optimistic, thinking all the hype I read would finally deliver the excellent wireless mics they promised. Nope. Total junk.The sound quality is abysmal. And here’s the kicker: unless you want to clip a giant, ugly square mic to your lapel or shirt, these things are useless. They supposedly support an auxiliary mic you can hide under your shirt or sleeve — but it flat-out doesn't work. Every time I called customer service, their solution was, "Maybe you should buy a different microphone." The punchline? I was already using *their* microphone.There’s a reason pros don’t use this type of gear outside of newsrooms — and trust me, real professional setups don’t cost $200. If you’re trying to replicate pro audio on the cheap, this is your crash course in disappointment. Save yourself the headache and find something built to actually work.

I LOVE this microphone! I got it to record class lectures so I would not be tethered to a fixed microphone or my laptop's internal microphone. Now I have the freedom to move around the classroom while I am presenting. The microphone clips on my collar or lapel. It picks up my voice perfectly no matter which direction I turn my head. The sound quality of the microphone is outstanding.

I love the simplicity- just wish it had lightning cords with it for USB iPhone compatibility- had to buy those separately but still works really great & love the lapel mic!

Super sencillo de usar. Lo conecto al teléfono o a la compu con el cable USB - USB C o con el del teléfono USB C - USB c, y listo a grabar.Me gusta más el audio sin la estropajo que elimina sonidos "basura".Eso sí, el estuche que trae no es suficientemente grande para guardar todo. Tuve que usar uno extra para meter sus cables.La batería le dura lo necesario, puedo grabar unas 3 horas continuas. Y se carga súper rápido.Lo prendes y usas, no hay nada extraño que configurar.Me gustó más el sonido de el así sólito, que conectado a un mic labalier.Super práctico y portátil.
