I had a 1200 watt RMS tharamp mono before this amp. It didn't hit half as hard. And this one's equalizer made me no longer need an inline equalizer to get the frequencies I need for the sub. I power a kicker L7-S 15 and 12 on this mono amp. It has more power than these two subs can handle. LOVE IT!!!Definitely a high quality amp. Definitely impressive. Il buy these amps for now on!!!

Absolutely beats my 4000w max scar 12 more powerful than my power acoustic 7000w amp by a long shot

Installed into my car and it sounded okay, got it to work decent/good. But it cuts out and you loose like bass after like a 5 minute drive which sucks. Doesn't come back right away

So, I purchased this amp in August 2019. From day one, the amp seemed to have a .4 amp continuous draw. Since we only drove this car once a month, the battery would die between use. I didn't want to mess with removing and returning the amp so I simply purchased a 2 amp battery tender that continuously kept my battery charged.I am running one Rockville W15K6D2 V2 15" 4000w wired in series for a 4 Ohm load. I have the amp gain running at 50%. This amp has plenty of power to push this subwoofer. It sounds great and never overheats...even in the North Carolina summer. The amp is well built for the price.I would have given this a five-star rating if it wasn't for the parasitic draw on the battery. It has been three years and both the amp and subwoofer are going strong. No regrets about buying this amp, but if the car is not driven often, this may be an issue.

To everyone that gets the Rockville amp do not exceed 14.4 volts going into the amp it will blow on that note these are amazing I’m running 4 12s and 4 10s on two of these and they hit hard. Best sounding at 14 volts even half power at less then 13.5 volts but still wicked awesome

No disappointments here! This is a great amp that packs a pretty hard punch. I don’t know how long these products will last at these low prices. I personally didn’t have high expectations from a brand I haven’t used before, but man was I surprised and pleased. Often you pay out the rear for quality equipment when it has a well known name attached to it. Better grab one or two of the Rockville line products before they start getting the recognition they deserve and start upping their prices. I don’t usually write reviews but that’s what swayed my purchase was reading good things about them. I would suggest this product to anyone looking to improve their sound without spending a fortune to do so. I previously ran the higher end brands line JL, Kenwood, and Alpine. This line is definitely close if not already in that league, but not the price.

I was so exited for this amp. I've been slowly building my system. I had a 2000 watt amp from planet audio(probably really around 150 watts rms) from a old BMW of mine that I sold. So my new car I got it wired up and wanted something cheap. Went on Craigslist and bought a pair of West coast customs 2 12s for $70 brand new. They we're ok for the price. A few weeks later I bought a pair of JBLs rated a 600w RMS. So I needed a new amp. I looked on YouTube and saw these amps do put out what they claim but also saw alot of people saying they don't last. I took my chances. I was exited. I threw it on ran for about 2 mins(sounds ded great when it did) and went straight to protective mode. Amp was still cold to the touch. So I checked my wiring and everything. And again played for 2 mins and protective mode. I went to Fry's and bought a 1900watt Hifonics amp and played it for about 3 hours and it's been running good. No changes to wiring. So amp was basically DOA. Sucks but thank God for Amazon's easy returns.

Let me start by saying that I have been in the car audio game since my punch 150 would beat 4 12's to death and a Kenwood excelon CD player cost $700!That being said, this amp is a beast, period. I have it running 2 mtx 7512-22s (new 7500 series dual 2 ohm voice coil) rated at 750watts rms each. They're wired for 2 ohms at the amp with the gain 3/4 up, and the "equalizer knob half way. With those settings, and a 40hertz test tone, the amp puts out 66.33v AC! That translates to 2200watts continuous power! At a price point of well under $150, I'll take it. Nice clean and clear bass reproduction, no clipping, and after nearly 20 straight minutes of a subwoofer test that goes from 30hz to 130hz and back down repeatedly it wasn't even warm. I will be purchasing more products from you Rockville, the only thing I can not speak to thus far is durability, but with set screw type terminals, strapping capability, and self protection , I'd be willing to bet that it will last as long as you want it to, with the exception of installer errors.
