These things definitely get the job done however they do slip down a little. That is unavoidable due to gravity, so I would not consider it a downside.

I live in a Mediterranean climate in California. Occasionally there are a few days in winter where I like added warmth on my bike rides rather than wear bike shorts alone. These knee warmers provide the slight climate adjustment I like to keep me more comfortable on my rides without the nuisance of slippage.

I’ve worn them all. Perl, specialized, louis, castelli, all big name brands. Most of them, the seam is down the middle instead of the sides which tends to cause discomfort. The seams on these are on the side so I like it and would uy again

I’ve been using these leg warmers for my morning cycling session, and they’ve been a great addition to my cold-weather gear. They provide solid protection against the October chill, keeping my knees warm and comfortable in temperatures around the low 40s°F. The thermal material feels soft and cozy, and the fit is snug without being too tight, which is perfect for maintaining mobility while riding. The anti-slip design works really well; I haven’t had to adjust them once during my rides, even on longer cycling sessions. I do wonder if they’ll be enough for the colder winter months ahead, but for fall cycling, they've been fantastic so far. A great option if you’re looking for some extra knee warmth and support during cooler rides.

I wanted to love the ROCKBROS Knee Warmers. They seemed like a great way to keep my knees warm during outdoor activities. However, I found them to be lacking in comfort and practicality. The biggest issue was that they weren't very comfortable. The fit wasn't snug enough, and they would slip down my leg throughout the day, especially when wearing jeans or trousers. This constant readjusting became quite annoying.Even if I managed to pull them back up, fixing them while wearing pants was a hassle. The material didn't seem to grip well enough over clothing. While the idea is solid, the execution for me fell short. They might work better for activities where you wear tighter clothing or if you don't mind frequent adjustments.

I've been using it for a couple of months, and it's great. It's been helping reduce my knee pain and keeping it warm.

I ride my bicycle five days a week in Boise, Idaho. We have already had some days this fall when it was below 50F on my way to yoga. I don't like to wear bike pants in yoga class, but some days my knees have ached when I got home, and I couldn't seem to get them warm. These knee warmers are a huge help. I have now worn them under sweat pants (to tai chi class), over yoga leggings, and over my winter bike pants. They are lightweight - even seemingly thin - but they are brushed on the inside and keep the wind off. The silicone bands keep them in place while I am riding, and they did not interfere with tai chi or yoga. I am happy to have them as an option for autumn rides - they make a real difference.I am a woman, 5'4", and wear size 12 jeans - so I bought the Large size based on my thigh measurement. These kneewarmers are not at all tight around my thighs (but as I said they don't seem to slip), and they are long enough for a person much taller than I am (maybe almost too long). They are definitely worth a try, and a real bargain.

Well made and easy to put on. Good value for the price. They get a bit lose as you walk but not to the extent where they lower.
