- Will the belts break?
Currently, all of our rock tumblers come with PU belts, which is a new and upgraded, more durable option. Generally, these belts do not break, although special circumstances may occur. However, if the belt breaks, please first replace it with one of the PU belts from the pack, and then use the rubber belt if needed. After placing your order or receiving the product, please email to our after-sales service center to receive the additional 5 spare belts. You can find the specific after-sales email on the main image or in the manual. Rest assured, for any products issues, please reach out to us, and we will handle them properly. We are in the process of replacing all belts with PU belts, meaning that future belts are unlikely to break.

So far, this has been a really great tumbler and runs perfectly. I like the timers and speed settings. The tumbler is as quiet as a rock tumbler can be, which if you've ever had one, you know they do make some noise.The company sent extra belts free of charge, instructions for how to get the extra belts included in the kit!The instructions were good and the tumbler is easier to open than my older tumbler as the barrel is soft and bendable. No leaks and handles 3/4 full load of rocks and grit with no problem.I'm through with my 2nd round and the tumbled rocks look good so far. I did not use the rocks that came with the tumbler as I have a bunch of my own already but there was a good selection included with this tumbler. I'm also not using the grit that came with the tumbler as I use a higher grade purchased from another company that has aluminum oxide 500 for the 3rd step rather than silicon carbide that's included with this tumbler.Overall, I'd recommend this tumbler as a good starter tumbler for adults or children interested in the wonderful world of rock tumbling!

super nice rock tumbler. We purchased this tumbler due to the ratings, and they were right! My grandson has just about finished his first batch of rocks and they look great! the instructions were easy to read and follow. The tumbler itself is a quality machine, easy to use and doesn't make a lot of noise. They like it so well they bought one for me and I absolutely love it!! I contacted customer service for the 5 free drive belts and they sent them lickety-split! Great customer service, excellent machine. I definitely recommend!!

I've always wanted a rock tumbler and finally convinced myself to get one. This one works great! The barrel can only hold about 1 lb of rocks but I really don't mind since I'm just starting with this hobby and experimenting with all kinds of rocks. It is rather loud when tumbling but I just keep it in a back corner of the basement so we can't even hear it upstairs. I've loved tumbling my own rocks and seeing the results!The tumbler I currently have is actually my second for this company. My first one worked for a few months and then just stopped spinning. I was really upset about that and reached out to KomeStone since the tumbler is under a one year warranty. They responded quickly and sent me a new base within a few days of me reaching out. They were very nice and professional, and they even followed up with me after I got the replacement! Great customer service!

This is a very nice tumbler. Not like the flimsy toy ones. The barrel is made of thick rubber, not thin plastic and is very solid. I really like that it will hold 2 1/2 pounds of rock instead of the 1 pound for other tumblers. Setting the timer and speed is very easy. The rocks obviously make noise as they tumble but the motor itself is very quiet. The rocks that came with the kit are of high quality and there is just enough grit to do each step. The enclosed manual is simple to understand and very helpful.The package gives you the option to get additional belts for free. If you contact the company you will immediately hear from customer service. They seem very attentive. I received my free belts in a timely fashion and although I have not had any problems I am confident that their customer service will be there to help if I need them.I am very happy with my purchase.

The tumbler worked great until it stopped working. The motor burned out. I've had to reach out to their customer service a few times. Once for the belts, then when the tumbler stopped working. They have great customer service and sent me more belts and a new tumbler base. I don't feel this tumbler is good for tumbling multiple loads of rough rock. It's a hobby tumbler that's good for the occasional tumbling. If you're wanting to tumble multiple batches right after the last completed final tumble, I suggest buying a commercial tumbler whose motor can withstand multiple batches of tumbling. I gave the tumbler five stars because of their excellent customer service. I give the tumbler 4 stars based on the functionality.

I don't use this for rock tumbling right now. I'm using it to polish copper jewelry. I use stainless steel shot and the copper comes out AMAZING! Shiny and and burrs and scratches are gone. The tumbler is quiet due to the rubber barrel. It comes with a collection of decent sized rocks for tumbling, packets of tumbling grit, ceramic cylinder filler media, extra belts, and a very comprehensive, easy to understand guide/instruction manual. I had a question about how the machine was running and received an timely email, same day, explaining and answering my question/concern. I'm EXTREMELY happy I purchased this brand and model of tumbler. In my opinion it's a VERY good value.

This tumbler while well reviewed, well priced, and easy to use, may not be worth your time or money. Between my sister and I we have now owned 3 of them. By about the 6 month mark of use, all 3 abruptly quit working. They refuse to spin, even with an empty barrel, despite being well maintained. I would not recommend this tumbler. The company does not respond to messages or emails. The links on their website do not work. Their phone number is text only and also gets no response.There are other great tumblers out there that can be found for not much more money that will last for years.Amazon did try to help me connect with the company and when that did not work Amazon allowed me to return the product for a refund, even though it was well past the return window.EDIT: After posting this review and working with Shaving to return the tumbler, the company reached out to me. They told me that they had not recurved any of my communications Anna's ordered to send me a brand new tumbler even though I was able too get most off my money back from Amazon. They also reached out to my sister to take care of hers as well. They were very kind and polite to me. I just got the new tumbler last night. Here's hoping for better luck this round ๐

I would love to give a proper review of this product. It seems great. However the thing it needs is power. The supplied adapter is not UK compliant. I have contacted the seller (not possible through Amazon) and may alter this review if I can get to use it.Update.After this review I quickly received communication direct from the manufacturer. It transpires they donโt sell direct in the UK but, as Amazon are the importers, Amazon are responsible. I was given a link to a suitable replacement power supply by the manufacturer. This I purchased and Amazon refunded me for this.The tumbler kit is superb. Just follow the instructions that come in the box. I would say itโs not as noisy as I thought it might be but without any sound insulation the โwhite noiseโ does become intrusive.In conclusion Iโd rate this 5 stars. Top quality, great customer service all at a very attractive price point.

I bought this for my teenaged daughter for Christmas and she loves it! It comes with some interesting rocks and packages of the different "tumbling grits". As with all tumblers, it is a multi-week process using finer and finer grits to smooth the rocks. Her's turned out very smooth and nice. They weren't shiny, but rubbing with a drop of mineral oil and they looked great.The machine seems pretty durable. It doesn't move around while its running. Since the drum is made of thick rubber rather than plastic, it is much quieter than I expected. I had heard stories about other tumblers and people putting them in their garage because they were noisy. While you wouldn't want to put it beside your bed, when it was in another room the sound was muted and it was fine. When we put it in the basement, you couldn't hear it at all. It really depends on what you are tumbling. The larger rocks obviously make more noise. We're now tumbling some broken colored glass pieces in beach sand to make "sea glass" and it makes very little noise.All around, it seems to be a good machine and the customer service people have reached out to us to see how things are going and offer assistance. We haven't needed any assistance, its been working fine.

Really simple easy to use, spare belts and everything you need to start. Check what stone you put in I had one disintegrate that I found in the bush.I recommend buying a bigger strainer.
