This is an update on mower 1 week into it!The first day it was great, second day in Florida heat I had to pull up all guide lines and had to dig it in because it kept cut the wire, 4th day it was working again for about 1 day! I called them because the mower kept slipping and digging trenches in my yard. They have now delayed this for over a week and their offers have been from having me buy weights to put on mower, them trying to find old wheels and so on! When it works it works great but when it doesn’t it will rut up lawn! I have asked for the mower to be replaced and they said no!, now I am demanding a refund and they won’t answer! Amazon you need to do better! These people have 350.00 of my money and will not stand behind the product! DO NOT BUY THIS

Updated 7/27, when I received The mower ot looked new, with the exception of the base, which appeared to have tire scuffs on it, and the charging plates on the front of the mower had scuffs as well like.it had been charged quite a few times. The rest of the mower looked brand new so I decided to try it hoping that the scuffs were just from testing at the factory.The description said it the mower has updated software, I'm assuming this means that it was updated to the Wi-Fi version, however, it was not shipped with the Wi-Fi adapter that is needed for use. This means I have to go out and manually start the mower each time I want it to run. There is no schedule setting with the Wi-Fi model without access to the app which is controlled through a Wi-Fi adapter. I verified this with Redback, which is the help center for this mower. The rep advised that the mower I was shipped was not the model number advertised, even though the shipping box matched. Again, this may be because of the updated software, they just didn't ship the Wi-Fi adapter, of the wrong model number was in the box that was sent. I have no clue which.I started a return 2 weeks ago, however I decided to keep it since I had spent so much time and effort laying the wire and just resigned myself to going out and starting it every 2 days. Over the last 2 weeks, I have had to constantly restart it due to a "Wheels lifted" error code. I followed the instructions and cleaned and greased the front wheels, but it continues stopping and displaying the code again. Also, I had placed the wire across the lawn as instructed, but did not account for divots in the lawn, so on first cut, the mower sliced through the wire in 2 places. I repaired the wire, but every few days the error code for a broken connection would pop up and I would have to go back out and unhook the repairs that I made and reconnect them to get the code to clear. It was very odd to have to do this so many times. My best advice is if you buy this, cut a small trench for the wire so it doesn't get above the grass level at all.When the mower worked, it was awesome. I may give it another shot, but for now I'll just use my normal mower.Check out the attached pictures, these are pics of the mower and deck right out of the box. You can see the tire marks on the deck in pic 2 and the scuffs on the charging plate in pic 1. This led me to believe that maybe it was a refurbished mower, but I truly don't know.

1. so the wires if not placed properly the mowro will cut it2. had to adjust the pathing in your lawn so it don't get stuck3. you have to monitor the routes if there's any debris to get stuck on4. setting the code everytime you use it is painful5. you have no idea which path did it cover since it leave the scene so patchy6. packaging looks beat7. missing the top shed on the charging dock so it's hot when you leave it outside8. plastic components wont last 1 year9. as for the value it didn't really perform as it should10. it looks cool to be honest11. delivery speed is fast and on time

My husband & I are both allergic to grass. So this MowRo is fabulous! We have about a quarter acre of grass and once we set it up it mows great. It does all the work. Watch out for hoses that elevated off the ground. Other than that it's spectacular!

Simple, no wifi, no bluethoot but does what's supposed to. A bit difficult to configure but for the price I got it I love it.
