About this item

  • Roborock robot vacuum only supports 2.4G WiFi. However, since most routers support both 2.4G and 5G, to ensure the machine's stability, it is recommended to switch to 2.4G WiFi when using the robot by following the instructions of your router setup. Please ensure the robot you choose is in the condition of "New". Note it is recommended to clean the wheels monthly. Check and clean the robot's wheels first when it gets stuck.
  • Powerful Cleaning Capability: Featuring Roborock’s DuoRoller Brush technology and 5500 Pa suction, the Q5 Pro effectively removes dirt from hardwood, tile, and carpet, delivering deeper cleaning on carpets. Its advanced system enhances hair pickup while reducing tangles, ideal for pet hair. Customize suction modes in the app based on dirt levels, with "Max+" as the most powerful setting.
  • Simultaneous Vacuuming and Mopping: The Q5 Pro features a 180ml SnapMop system that can vacuum and mop simultaneously, capturing fine dirt that vacuuming alone may miss. It supports two water flow adjustments by using the water tank's button, and the detachable mop design makes it flexible enough to meet all your mopping and cleaning needs
  • Efficient Whole-Home Cleaning:Combined 770 ml Dustbin and Water Tank effortlessly handles cleaning for your entire home. The long-lasting battery provides 240 minutes of non-stop cleaning over 3767 sqft on a single charge. This reduces the frequency of emptying, allowing you to clean more often without worrying about interruptions
  • Smart Navigation with Precise LiDAR:PreciSense LiDAR Navigation with 3D Mapping ensures accurate cleaning. The Q5 Pro's LiDAR navigation system quickly scans and creates detailed maps in seconds, finding the optimal cleaning route for your home. With 3D mapping technology, you can visualize your home and virtually add furniture, pet supplies, and flooring materials to the app

It's clear robot vacuums are a mature technology. I have owned many and this is better than all Ive had before and at a very very cheap price ($140 at time of purchase).Note: Reviews that claim it isn't powerful likely didn't set the suction power settings. By default suction is set at the 2nd to least suction power.Pros- Fast- Quiet compared to my other robots- Navigation is smart and far better in ensuring all the areas are properly cleaned.- There is plenty of suction power- Batterly life is great at all suction level settings!- Waste bin is large! After a few initial cleanings, the bin doesnt get full fast as the floors are maintained and dont get dirty. It easily lasts me a couple weeks (though I still empty it weekly to clean the filter and check for obstructions). I didn't want the self-emptying dock as I keep the robot under a table. so it's not a massive ugly eyesoreI havent bothered yet with the mop as its just a glorified swiffer mop.If you want a wonderful and mature technology robot vacuum you can not beat the Q5 Pro for the price.

I'm a late adopter of robot vacuums. I had reservations. I picked this one up on a recommendation from a friend. I have a small dog that doesn't notably shed, a snort haired cat that sheds a little and a long haired cat that sheds like a cat sheds.Pros :* It does great picking up pet hair. Better than my Dyson, even, which is a high bar.* It has the right options for scheduling and customizing a clean.* Initial mapping is easy with one caveat below. It doesn't get easily stuck.* with an appropriate schedule and the maintenance below, it does a great job of keeping the floors clean.* I didn't get the auto empty model. With all the animals, emptying it once a week is enough and it's super easy and quick.Cons :* Weekly, I turn it upside down, take it apart, remove all the hair from moving parts, wipe the sensors and empty it. Everything snaps apart and together easily and it takes less than 10 minutes but that is way more often than I expected. That is because 1) If there is hair, it will get wrapped around something. There are two main 'brushes', a front wheel and a side brush that are all candidates for getting tangled up in hair. That is way more than the 'never' of my Dyson. 2) the sensors get dusty way more frequently than the recommended interval. 3) the app doesn't report if it's gotten clogged up by sucking up something it shouldn't have (like a cat toy) and sometimes I don't see that until I flip it over.* If you need to map a new area that is part of an existing map but was closed off during mapping, it's a bit clunky. You have to manual control the robot there so the space is recognized - but it still won't see it as a 'room'. So then edit the map to make it an off limits area, save, then edit again to remove the off limits area and then it sees a room and you can name it and use it).* It does not do well with clay litter on hard floors.. it just kicks it around. It does fine with litter on carpets or bare floors in general.* the Q5 alexa integration does not do everything it says in this listing. You can turn it on and off with alexa - that's it. You can't vacuum a specific room or run a routine through alexa. All of that functionality is reserved for later models.I need to check on it and maintain it a little more frequently than I thought and I can't automate it as well as I hoped but overall, I'm glad I bought it. With all of that, it still keeps the floors cleaner than if I have to pull out the vacuum and do it myself.

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!

What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don't have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left.Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it's hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn't try the mop as it's basically dragging a wet sponge, I'd get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiencyIt would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don't run it unattended

I'm nervous about writing this review. We had another robot vacuum (starts with an sh and ends with ark) that I absolutely loved, but once it hit that year mark when the item would no longer be covered under warranty, it quit working. I tried everything. All the tips and tricks I could find. Nothing worked. It was nothing more than a large paperweight, sitting in our dining room. Side note: Companies need to give an option for turning off cliff sensors. Not everyone needs them. Anyway, I contemplated not even getting another one, but we have an Anatolian Shepherd/Hound mix and he sheds like I've never seen a dog shed. I could sweep and sweep and sweep. All he has to do is move ever so slightly and it's raining hair. Having a robot vacuum really helps keep up with it all. I started researching and this brand came out on top. I took a deep breath and ordered. It arrived quickly and packaged well. When I say well, I mean it. I think, in total, it was 3 different boxes I had to open to finally see, what I hoped to be, a long term cleaning buddy. Once I got it removed from its container, I found it a home. I downloaded the app, paired to wifi, got everything set up and connected it to our Alexa. It was simple and flawless. I then let it do its mapping. We are only using it on the main floor so it won't be used elsewhere as the only other area is a basement (underground) and it's not finished. I figured it was going to take a while so I headed downstairs to start some laundry and put some stuff away. Imagine my surprise when my Apple Watch alerted me to the fact that 15 minutes in, it was done. What?? My last one took almost 2 hours to map the 970 square feet that is our main living area. I went back upstairs and stared at it, baffled. Looking at my phone with the open app, I set up a schedule for cleaning and went about the rest of my day. That evening (I have it set up for 5:30pm) I heard a strange voice and almost jumped out of my chair. Our dog barked, the cats scattered. Feeling panicked because I am home alone at the moment, I clutched my chest and peered around the corner. It was just the vacuum telling me it was starting to clean. I let out a breath. I hadn't expected that. My last one only talked when she was telling me why she couldn't vacuum, which in the end, was every time she turned on. I watched carefully. It went around the outer edge of the entire house, hitting every room, then came back and went back and forth until it was satisfied it had covered every spot. Then it told me it was done and was going back home. Huh.After using it for a few days, I checked the bag. Wow! It definitely picked up more than our last one did. I could have made a whole new dog with what was in there. I don't love that it isn't bagless though but I can deal with that. The app is easy to use but unlike our last one, you can't name the cleaner. Gimmicky, but I kinda liked being able to do that. Not a huge deal because cleaning wise, it's amazing. I still can't get over how much hair it picked up. I showed my husband and he was impressed. Well, after first wondering why I was showing him a pile of our dogs hair. It's pretty quiet when vacuuming but when it empties, you can definitely hear it. That doesn't last long though so not something that bothers anyone. I guess it also mops but I honestly have zero intention of using that. We only have one area in our house that has waterproof flooring so I prefer to do that myself. I get why this brand is highly rated. I love it already but because my heart was broken by another, I'm still feeling nervous. I can't help it. The last one let me down and I'm really hoping for longevity this time around. My fingers are crossed.....
