I've been using cheaper versions of these from Amazon but they don't last very long and have purchased several times over. I picked these up and they are awesome, much better flow and seem like they will hold up for a long time. They have already been worth the cost from just one use. Highly recommend

Worked on Honda low pressure port where Harbor Freight one appeared to not extend down far enough to depress Schrader valve and open it to gauge set. Well made but pricey.

These are excellent quality, made in the USA by Parker for Robinair. Robinair is a full line manufacturer of HVAC service equipment and stands behind their products, These are solid metal, either chrome steel or chrome plated solid brass, the machining is well done. They have knobs on top to manually engage/disengage the schrader valve allowing you to attach or detach to the schrader fitting while the valve is closed, no accidental refrigerant loss or accidental frostbite from skin exposure to freon. These cost about twice as much as the cheap ones but they are worth it. Mine arrived with an issue, the seal inside the high side coupler was missing, since these are name brand, I contacted Robinair & in a couple of minutes I got a part number and the name of a local tool supplier that carried the seal kit, problem solved (try that with those cheap, made who knows where, sets and see what happens). After installing the seal I hooked them up and got a nice leak free seal to the schrader fittings. They are easy to install and remove & feature 6 ball coupling, the manual knobs worked perfectly. For the casual user these should last a lifetime. Note these will require separate adapters to hook to standard manifold hoses, the adapters have male 14mm threads on the coupler side and 1/4" SAE flare male threading on the hose side. I highly recommend these if your interested in excellent quality and only buying one set for life.

Great connectors! I work at a proving grounds for Hyundai Motor Group and we use them to put pressure transducers on competitor vehicles to measure the pressure in the AC lines. We've tried many different brands and these are the only connectors that haven't leaked after leaving them on the car for an entire week of testing. Great product! These actually say Parker on the connector and I think they're made by Parker and just private labeled by Rodinair. I was looking specifically for Parker connectors so I was happy to see the Parker logo on them when I received them.

Ditto, Made in America and it's clearly noticeable at first glance. The body casting and hose fitting are smooth as a babies rear indicating attention was paid to the casting unless it was CNC machined which is even better. Had a set from you know where and the casting was like sand paper, so once again for a few dollars more a high quality product. Thanks Robinair for sticking to your guns as there are still folks out here needing our expectations met.

This is wonderful. After initial bleeding the hose (see below), this can be quick connected securely before the dial is turned which opens the schraeder valve connecting the tank to the a/c system. The original connections had no dial and were terrible and it was hard to not lose freon and oil when connectiong them. These new ones can be hooked up first before the dial depresses the valve. I am very pleased with them.*Note that the dial must be turned considerably to open the valve and bleed the hoses while the car is still off so you can hear the freon finally purge the hoses.
