If you need a big old bag of salt, to melt ice on your walkways, this one is BIG. 50 pounds worth. And it goes a LONG way. We have used it during ice storms, for two winters, and it busts right through the ice. And it has taken very little salt! Recommended.

Son glad we bought this when we did! We had snow for over a week, and the salt helped kept our front parking area free of ice and snow, making sure our clients and patients are safe from slips and falls.

They fail to show you the back of the bag which in large print indicates it may damage concrete depending on the “age”, but upon opening the bag it’s 99% rock salt with only a few calciumChloride pellets. Sure it’s techies a blend but it isn’t. Sellers should have included the back picture!!!!!! But they didn’t so they could trick people!

Road Runner ice melt is amazing as a homeowner and with such a crazy winter. I’ve tried a few ice melt, and road runner ice melt is the best.

Worked Great Just When You Need ItWorks great on all those troublesome icy spots! Maybe I won't do a 180 getting into my car in the driveway this winter.melted the ice on my front steps right away. This is a must have for Michigan winters. Delivery was prompt. I would recommend this to anyone. Not having to lug it home from the store is an added plus.

This really works. We have been suffering from thick ice for weeks now and with melt and refreeze, it has been practically impossible to get rid of the ice. A little of this product sprinkled around makes the ice weaker and less able to stand up to a sharp shovel. I am finally getting ice removed.
